Location and price

Small bed. No air con. Broken light in bathroom. TV did not work. Check in was messed up. Did not get my entry code. Was asked to leave before the end of my stay (overbooked).

Walking distance to city center

I stayed for four nights but was never given the access code for the main entrance, only the room code. Since the front door code changes daily, I was repeatedly unable to enter the building.This also meant I couldn’t use the luggage room on my arrival and departure days, which seriously disrupted my plans. Attempts to contact the property failed, as the phone number provided was unreachable.

The location is very close to the city center. There is a supermarket very close by and there are options for eating outside very close to the hotel. The room was spacious. Everything went well.

The luggage room has no lift access, having a lift or ramp would have been easier to carry the luggage instead of stairs

Old building, not quite clean, everything had clear signs for age. View out of the windows to nowhere. Price does not quite correspond with the price. Unclear parking pricing.

Great location, access to fridges and microwaves, easy check-in process, washing room a good bonus, friendly staff (when you do interact with them).

The fact that you can't control the AC in the room is unfortunate.

Location is good. It is not a 5 stars hotel but pretty convenient.

What I didn’t like was that it was difficult to reach someone from the hotel. I tried their customer service and no one answered. So I would suggest the hotel to also add another way to contact them like WhatsApp or email. As a tourist is difficult to get a local phone number to call their customer service

Good location and fairly quiet although in the city center.

I didn’t like having to take the garbage out and wash the dishes, although if it keeps the price lower I will do it. Perhaps a common kitchen with garbage cans and a dish washing area would make it more convenient. I would have liked the check-in time to be earlier without an additional charge.

The location was perfect, and the room had all necessary facilities. It contained 2 single beds, bathroom, towels, table, fridge, kettel, microwave and cuttlery.

Excellent location. The check-in process was super smooth. It was also very quite.

The Muslim hose (bidet) in the bathroom was leaking a little bit and was also non-functional.

The location was good, very close to center, many cafes and restaurants around.

First of all, the temperature during our stay in Helsinki was high, and when we got into the room it was really very hot. We could not find a way to open the windows, and I sent a message through Booking if there's a way to open the windows, but I got no answer at all. We could not sleep at night because of the heat into the room, as there was not a fan or any other way to cool the room a little. The second night, the temperature was better, as it has fallen down a little, and we managed to get some sleep, but in the middle of the night I woke up itching and I saw insect bites on my boby. I was really worried that it might be bed bugs and started searching under top mattress, where it was really dirty. The next day I informed the cleaning lady and I called the customer service, who told me that I need to take a photo of a bed bug to prove that there is problem, so they did nothing about it, but by chance we find out how to open the windows. I am not sure about bed bugs, but we had to disinfect all of our stuff back home, but it was one of our worst stays ever !

Bed not comfy and very narrow

Comfortable and clean apartments, great location (close to the center, you can walk there, and you can also enjoy Asian cuisine nearby). It's great that there is a free washing machine and dryer in the basement. The apartment has enough space for two people.

The bathroom door creaked when opening and closing, it was disturbing at night.The dirty laundry places near the elevators was a bit of a nuisance.It was not possible to ventilate the room (open the window).

Reasonably priced. Good size room.

Bathroom was a little tight. One of light bulbs in the bathroom didn't work.
