Superior Hotel Präsident

Very close to the main train station, impossible to park, noisy street, do not feel safe at all.

A very cozy, pleasantly old-fashioned hotel located within a 15-minute walk from the center of Munich. The staff were very polite and welcoming. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

Very friendly and welcoming staff who did everything to make our stay very pleasant. Free coffee downstairs is a nice touch. Very close to the old town and hotel was easy to find. everything in good working order, good water pressure in shower. Very quiet. They looked after our luggage after check out. Decor is dated but nothing is broken at least.

The bed was far too soft and bouncy. Lumpy pillows and bedding which seemed quite old. Also the 2 single beds pushed together to make a double bed left a very uncomfortable gap in the middle. Price of the room seemed a little bit too high for such an uncomfortable bed.

The location is ideal. It was comfortable & clean.

The curtains are pretty thin so there is constant light coming into the rooms. The windows are also thin so you will hear street noise.

It was 15 min from the Center. The parking option also was very convenient.

A bit old and not so clean

Centralized air conditioning was not efficient and room was very cold. Breakfast is served in the hotel Metropol not on site.

The noise surrounding the hotel was horrible. You could hear people yelling and cars driving by through the windows.

The location is really good, very close to many tourist attractions. The staff is friendly. The breakfast included in the price is quite good and tasty.

Good location for the Oktoberfest.The free snacks downstairs were were well received and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Was very noisy, but that's to be expected.Had a very large pillow which was a bit awkward to sleep with and the rooms were always quite hot.

Good value, comfort and location. Shower is spacious, and the bed is clean.

The mini fridge did not work.

The noise from the street!!! Room got really warm at night , even in October, so we had to open the window for fresh air. The noise from the street was crazy - all night! Also, no blockout curtains so light from shops across the road streamed in all night (even with the blinds down and even on the 6th floor) and in the morning as soon as the sun was up it was so light in the room.

Closw to station, nice staff, clean spacious mdern room.

The rooms were nice, the staff nice and very helpful. The location was very good for getting around. Many ethnic places to eat in the area.

We were not happy to find the hotel did not have breakfast on site we walked about 3 blocks to a sister hotel. It does not explain that on the website. It rained one morning so we skipped the breakfast we had paid extra for. Also they do not clean your room and you have ask for clean towels. There are many hotels to choose from that are a much better value. We would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

The location is great, just near the main train station. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. A proper breakfast is available for pay at the main hotel (just near door), but free pastries, fruits, and yogurts are available at the lobby every morning, including 24-h coffee at the lobby.

The street is extremely noisy over night, however, with closed windows it's fine.

Some of the rooms do not have AC. There is no daily cleaning.

It was during Oktoberfest and there was a lot of construction so while being central it was very noisy. Lots of emergency service sirens at night.
