B&B Hotel München City-Ost

Very modern hotel with comfy bed and great breakfast. Underground spacious parking was also a plus.

Lots of transportation options to the city . 30-40 minutes away using public transportation. Staff was kind and helpful.Very clean.

The room did not have heat. The management did a good job facilitating the issue. We had the three person family room. Three comfortable beds but little space.

Bed was comfortable, close to public transportation and good value for the money.

There was some melted sticky stuff on a shelf that would’ve got on my clothes if I hadn’t seen it when unpacking and when some change fell on the floor that I picked up, I saw some trash, and food under the bed. The breakfast was not worth the money, the fruit looked not fresh and had very limited options, hard boiled eggs, 1 type of sliced meat and 1 type of sliced cheese, and limited bread options.

Was on my way towards further destination hotel. For short stays and close to highway.

Elevator was old

Family room with Children is amazing & very comfortable. The Air Con is very good & kept the room pleasant even though it was hot summer outside.

Requesting Room Cleaning is as hassle. You need to remember to use QR to put a request before 10 P.M .

Some parts of the room, like a plug, the mattress and TV felt very old.One of the covers was not entirely clean

We are absolutely satisfied with the stay. The room was not big, but for 2 stars it was more spacious than we expected. Comfortable beds and pillows, a zone with a compact table, quite good bathroom. We were leaving late in the evening and the manager helped us with keeping our luggage after check out until the departure. A supermarket with everything you need including food and beverages is next to the hotel, McDonald's on the opposite side of the street opened until 3 a.m., bus stop over the corner so you can get to the city centre / central station in 30-40 minutes. We would stay here again with pleasure. Thank you for your service.

The accommodation was clean, spacious. Only the bed could have been wider. Free parking in front of the hotel. Shop next to the hotel.

The price was good, there is car parking ,and the room was clean, comfortable, and appropriate for the price

Pleasant and helpful staff.Good water preassure and instant hot water.Good, basic "no frills" concept.Next to McDonalds for breakfast.

The missing little inexpensive details.- shower curtain broken clips- no place to hang wet towels in the enourmous bathroom- a no place to put carry-on bags for two people- really bad pillows (can understand not investing in good matresses, but no excuse for poor pillows)

Great location close to Trudering Bahnhof. Free underground parking, room was big and very comfortable.

Maybe T % Coffee in room would be nice..

Ease of booking breakfast when we had forgotten to the night before.

We would really have liked a kettle with tea / coffee in the room so we could have had a hot drink out of hours. The drinks in the vending machine in the entrance are horrible.

I like free parking, price and accessibility from parking to the room. I would always come back here.

I liked the automation process that is implemented. Works really well. Room size was ok and everything was well arranged. Shower was really good for temperature adjusting and had a door so the water was not splashing to other parts of the bathroom.

Breakfast offer is too expensive and not worth it. You have better options in near by bakeries and supermarkets. They should offer cold beer in the machines and a tiny fridge in the room would be really appreciated.
