Staff tried their best.

The building and rooms were way too hot which was silly because the evenings were cool. Also, we blew our circuit and had to switch rooms. Same thing happened to our friend and we were all using proper connections and equipment provided by the hotel.

The people at the front desk could not have been nicer.

Parking us ridiculous very few spots in the garage. If full have to park across street under bridge not many spots there either. Air conditioning not good.

Excellent central location (5min by tram, or 5min on foot plus 3min by S-train to Munich Hbf ie. main station, and 5+5 min to Munich Pasing). Very efficient check-in and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast presentation and plenty of options.

Breakfast presentation was excellent, but some items got a bit stale under the heating lamps (e.g. the french toast).

It was very close to the tram and the train station and the facility was very clean and equipped.

Room was little bit cold during the night even it was maximum temperature.Too much splashed water on the floor after showers The half board menu was same for 3 nights

Convenient to tram that gets to / from Munich HBF and SB Prices are always very good

During the winter time it’s hot in the rooms even with when you request for them to turn off the heat. And the TVs still have to the capabilities to stream

I liked the location of the hotel, it's easily reachable. The staff was ok, so was the hotel overall.

The quality of the breakfast was cheap with minimal options. The cleanliness of the bathroom was oversighted, clean in the used places but dirty in the details ex. shower head.

The breakfast was good. The rooms was good and the staff was very nice

The rooms was good but the toilet was not cleaned by the cleaning staff as these was shit lying in the pot when I arrived which I pointed out to the reception. The standing lamp in the room and the dust bin in the bathroom had dents as someone had damaged it. I took photos and shoed it to the reception. If one of your previous guests had done this then the lamp should be changed as this spoils the entire goo experience of the stay.

The servers at breakfast room, especially a girl called Xhemile. Other than that very dissapointed

For a Hilton hotel this is very dissapointing.Room wasnt so bad, but breakfast was very disappionted in terms of choices.Reception staff didnt wanted to extend our stay for an hour after check out time.

Near HBF

We reserved a quite room and highlights we want to stay away from road. Then they gave us a room nearby the railway! In the morning or even evening you can hear noise from the station. Equipment is really poor. The toilet flushes so hard that even if you flush with the lid closed, the water still splashes out of the bowl. AC is always noisy and not controllable with the controller.

Breakfast was very good. Room was comfortable, over all we are pretty satisfied. Location was very good

some days cleaning did not do a good job

Washing machine is only one. Dryer takes more than 2 hours and still does not dry properly. There is no booking system for Washing machine and dryer. Lifts are smelling. Plates and cups are not washed properly. Smell like egg. No drinking water. No mini frij.

The location is decent, supermarket and eateries close by. Easy access to the city with tram.

1. Extremely unwelcoming staff at the reception, gave very cold answers to our questions and not particularly willing to help.2. The most disappointing aspect of the stay was the paid parking. After paying a whopping 25€ per night, the garage was found to be entirely spoilt with bird droppings, stinky and dirty- making it also difficult to handle luggage from the parking. We had an SUV, and the access to the parking is extremely congested, we barely got through without damaging the car.
