Yes. As soon as I arrived I found a note that the Gym is closed for maintenance (even though I called to make sure this will not happen before reservation). The hotel Manager was extremely rude and dismissive.

Big comfortable rooms, nicely decorated corridors, cozy lobby, very helpful stuff.

A little bit puzzling ways to the lifts and the rooms: there are arrows, but I still list my way.

Too busy , couldn’t get a table for dinner even as hotel guest. Had to wait for a long time without an answer.

This is a fantastic hotel in the centre of Munich - classical decor. The facilities are wonderful and rooms great and luxurious. beds comfortable and bathrooms clean and spacious. The breakfast experience is fantastic and I really recommend to include this in their reservation. A glas of champagne was offered at check-in which was wonderful after a long journey.

The hotel is beautiful and very luxurious. Unfortunately there were a few things that do not allow me to provide a better rating: the room manager at breakfast was quit unpleasant, on Sunday breakfast was served not in the main room, our room was small for the 3 of us, the entrance was always crowded outside and very unfriendly, nobody assisted us with our luggage upon arrival and the service in the main room was very slow.

You arrive with your car and the first warm welcome is guaranteed. You go in and the next lovely welcome is awaiting you. Not only the super friendly staff it’s also the warm atmosphere. This hotel got soul and the charm of times long past. Of course it’s right in the center of Munich which is super convenient and the new renovated spa … the cherry on top. We absolutely loved our stay and definitely be back.

Fantastic location featuring the luxurious Maximilian str. Good shopping destination. Within walking distance to all the main atttactions Munich has to offer. The lobby area with its beautiful cafe is very inviting. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds were comfortable as expected of this calibre hotel. Staff were very accomodation, and I should really send a special thank-you to the Guest Services team, they were kind enough to find me a ticket for an event I was so excited about which was a great surprise to be honest. They know how to make you feel special.I highly recommend this hotel for your stays in Munich, you will be pleased for sure.
