Nice staff and bed comfortable. Close t� train station

The breakfast could be cheaper, but nice breakfast.

Room was very clean and well ventilated.

No air conditioning, refrigerator or hot water boiler.

Great location across from the central train station. The stop for the Lufthansa Express bus to/from the airport is about 25 feet from the hotel door.

Maintenance and cleaning were a bit lacking.

The location is very good just across the road from the central station it is very convenient to go anywhere during the stay

The hotel didn't provide a facility for us to make a cup of tea while we were staying there

1. Parking cost 25 Euros 2. Room was very small 3. Other guests were loud in the morning

Right next to Hauptbahnhof, so it was really easy to go to different parts of the city.

No AC or fan in the room and when I stayed, the temperatures were about 85 to 90F ( 32 C).I had to keep the window open to get some air and some drunk people in the neighborhood would create commotion every night till late hours. No wifi in room.

Breakfast was quite good but no AC is always a downside. Staff worked great when our room got water on the floor for a still unknown reason (not from bathroom it seems) and check out was an ease. Location is superb and has a welcoming lobby.

Lack of AC, even though the big fans were good. Would have also liked some body wash for the shower.

Worst nights sleep ever. My husband dsughter and I stayed there. Got little sleep. Very loud with street noise as have to sleep with windows open otherwise temperature is uncomfortable.

Advertised as a 3 star hotel but it had no facilities and was very tired and not the cleanest. No tea and coffee facilities, not even a jug in the room. Everything was old and sound proofing was poor. It was basically just a bed in a room. We had a family room and there was almost no space for our bags. It was one of the more expensive places we stayed in 6 weeks and definitely had less facilities and less clean than some of the cheaper places

It was good location. Tiny room and bathroom. They made the bed everyday. Staff was helpful and energetic.

The room is too small for four people. It's more like just enough for 2 person.

The location cannot be beat if you are arriving to the central train station late at night. It is across the street. The staff were efficient and welcoming. Our travel plans involved arriving by train from Vienna late in the evening, and then renting a car the next day to explore Bavaria. The Sixt rental office is three doors down from the hotel. The room was clean and tidy upon our arrival. The bed was reasonably comfortable.

It is an inexpensive hotel near the train station. You are getting exactly what you are paying for. The room was well worn, but functional.

I want to report a very unpleasant experience with one of receptionists (Komba) i think this her name not sure , during my recent stay. She was rude, shouted at me in front of other guests, and spoke in another language that I didn’t understand — possibly using offensive words.When I asked to speak with a manager, she ignored me, and no one offered assistance. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

It was simple but a good location, and the staff was friendly.

The bathroom was a little in disrepair and could have used a good scrubbing of the shower walls and the window. Considering the price of the hotel though it was not bad.
