Pros +
- Very cute decor, good location. Near city center, yet still peaceful. Good outdoor space, felt safe. Excellent staff.
- The hotel was very pleasant and the staff very kind and accommodating. We arrived in the morning on our first day, and they were able to offer us a room already as one was available, which made our day. Great service, comfortable room, we will be back next time we visit Munich!
- Great hotel with a perfect balance of location and value. It’s about 15 minutes on foot to Marienplatz, located in a much quieter area with amazing food options nearby. The rooms are beautifully designed, the staff is wonderful, and the overall value is hard to beat in Munich.
Cons -
- VERY small room, and probably the smallest shower I have ever seen and/or used. Other than that, good experience.
- The only downside was the lack of coffee in the room or lobby—would love to see that added! Other than that, a stellar experience.
- Location isn’t great, it’s a good 15 minute walk to the centre of town and not much around. Wooden floors in hotels seem nice but you can hear every movement the guests above you make.

We did not reserve a parking spot in their lot but was fortunate to find one outside the front entrance. We were having difficulties with the parking meter. I went to the front desk and asked the young lady for advice. She, instead, came with me to the meter, in the cold, and assisted me with the payment process. I was SO impressed and relieved. ?
Modern and comfortable in an excellent location.
Parking is €29 a night which is high, but it convenient and onsite parking.
Good variety for breakfast Clean, neat accommodations.Enjoyed offering of fresh fruit at front desk (apples, pears, plums , bananas)Quiet location and convenient to transportation.
Very nice hotel and great location.
The pillows were too big and not comfortable. Also in other hotels you have a small espresso machine and a water heater to make a tea or a coffee. The parking is nice to have, but on the first night we got to the hotel in the evening, there were a lot of empty spaces on the street and for free for the night and we wanted to leave the car outside and bring it in the garage the next day only to not pay 30 EUR for just a couple of hours. This was not possible because they would've charged us anyway. It would be nice to have bigger flexibility on this matter, taken in consideration the garage was not fully reserved.
Liked how it was close enough to walk old town Munich.
I didn't like that there was no coffee or espresso in our room and our only option was a machine in the lobby that we had to pay for. FYI... it takes Euro coins... and nobody carries coins anymore.
Lovely clean property with good breakfast.
Made us pay for an extra bed for each night however only supplied us with linen for a couch that was already in the room.
Great and very nice personal. Good location.
Bed is nightmare where there no double bed, it is just 2 single staying near each othere with separated mattresses which are wery soft and not comfortable to sleep. Another point is door in bathroom which is not actually door but rather glass room divider with 2cm gap around it. Also cleaning done late afternoon, so if you with child and want afternoon nap, room won't be cleaned.
Nice staff. Location convenient for what I needed. Nice foyer. Room was clean.
Cramped shower and bathroom. Almost nothing in the room - no iron, slippers, kettle, coffee machine, shower cap etc. When I needed an iron, it was necessary to go downstairs and ask for it (because there's no phone). The iron was brought 15 minutes later because the person on reception was alone in the building at 5pm and also had people waiting to be served on the bar. The breakfast is just ok. I don't blame the staff at all but this really is an Ibis hotel with a slightly better breakfast, masquerading as four star. I expected much more for GBP £250 per night

location was good
asked for daily cleaning but this did not happen, when raised with reception at 4pm in the afternoon they had no staff available to clean the room

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless. The hotel was in a very quiet location. The City centre was a short walk away. Would have liked more vegan options for breakfast.
Everything was fine.
The property was very modern but if any complaints the rooms were so hot, better than being cold!
The roommate so expensive during Oktoberfest but so is everywhere.
Location and hotel was good but had to walk about 10-15 minutes to shops and restaurants
Two narrow beds and noisy room
