When we checked in the person at the front desk was very rude and did not want to honor our reservation for the type of room we had reserved. This hotel advertises that they have air conditioning but it is controlled by management

The location is great

They cheat, on their page before you book they say the parking is free. After you are done with payment on your booking they say that you have to pay the parking.Cheating like in a corrupt country somewhere in Africa

good location, staff was super helpful, good breakfast. room was silent and well heated. bed was comfortable.

room had bugs in it - probably there is a leak somewhere. wifi is public, so I would suggest to use it only with a vpn. the pillows available were really thin

Location was good, safe and very close to the subway. Near Olympia Park. Staff was nice and facilities were satisfactory. Room was clean..

Location, the staff, loved how quickly the check-in and check out were done. Also, since we came at the time when no store was working the little shop at the reception was very convenient. If I go to Munich I will stay here again for sure.

The location is good, just 500 meters from the metro station. There are a few shops within 700–1000 meters. The area is quiet and pleasant.Parking is available for 16 euros per day.The breakfast is nice, but the choice is somewhat limited.

There was no fridge or even a kettle in the room, which was inconvenient. I had to go downstairs and ask the reception staff each time if I could get hot water from the coffee machine. On one occasion, I went to get the water without asking first, and on my way back the receptionist stopped me and told me off, saying that I should inform them beforehand. This felt a bit strange and uncomfortable.

This was one of the last hotels available during an Oktoberfest weekend. It is not in the city center, but easily reachable by subway/U-Bahn and a 5-minute walk. With the U-Bahn, it is easy to get to central Munich such as Schwabing, Marienplatz or Sendlinger Tor. You need to change once to get the the central train station. The room was basic but functional (the shower looks like a portable plastic cabin) and clean. The beds were OK and there was a small window. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Ok for one or two nights.

The hotel was full of drunk young men in Lederhosen at all times of day, buying large amounts of cheap beer at the reception, but OK, this was Oktoberfest.

You get what you pay for. It was clean, safe and reasonable close to the subway.

Shower was made for pencils that have been on a month long keto diet.

Even it is very far from the center, metro station is close to the hotel so you can go wherever you need.For the price, this is more than you expect from the hotel that is called "budget". Interesting solution for toilet and shower, very clean and neat. It was cozy, warm, and tv worked perfectly :D

The shower is a little bit tight for me. I had to squeeze myself between the shower door and shower walls to get in and out to take a shower.

Budget hotel but with everything you need for a short stay in a safe, modern facility. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Short walk to the U-bahn, convenient location if visiting Olypic park.

Parking payment is missleading: some places on the site mention free parking, but this is not the case for their private garage (16 eur/day); I assume free parking is relates to parking on the street but that is always full so don't count on that.

Right by the U Bahn and near the olympia park and Olympia hall. Very clean and comfortable, great value for money. Would gladly stay here again. About 30 mins from center by UBahn

Good location, bar in the lobby and you can decide if you want breakfast. Clean and 3 mins from the Metro station.
