The manager on duty accommodated my request for a slightly earlier check-in. He was kind and attentive. The breakfast was decent and ample in variety. The property is within walking distance (5 minutes max) to the nearest train station.

The rooms were clean and within a relatively decent walking distance from the U bahn

The room are too small. The beds are too narrow. There is no space to put the luggage and on top of that, no fridge. Add to that, the room was extremely expensive so definitely not good value for money.

Good value for a price with good breakfasts. The cleaners did a great job keeping the place intact. Great cozy neighborhood, underground (U-Bahn) just a few minutes away as well as some cafes and shops, plus you can walk to the city zoo

The room was a bit smaller than we expected, there was not enough room to unpack your stuff. A few shelves could help with it.

Its great hotel, it has everything you need to spend a few nights. We were a couple +1, and it was great. Clean, staff was super helpful.I loved it!

Cleanliness was fine.Great location from value for money perpective. 15 minutes from main station, 20 minutes from Marienplatz.

Lady from the staff tried to enter few times the room in the morning. There was not paper in the tool that was issuing the codes for the rooms and I got a little bit lost for some time.

Good value for money. They also offer an all-in breakfast and key less check-in. We were offered early check-in on request. Staff could speak English, and overall the rooms were decent for a short stay. The rooms are air-conditioned

Location is not so convenient. Could not find much around it, and also the nearest train station is 7-8 minute away by walk. Rooms are compact.

The staff was ok. Not rude but nothing really extra. Breakfast was not cheap and not that great. Room was ok (shower, bed).

I liked that every room had an extra bed available for our child, which was a key factor in our decision to stay here. The rooms were generally clean and, although small, they were sufficiently equipped. The breakfast area was crowded, but it was still convenient for a quick meal before continuing our trip.

Our room faced the road, so we couldn't open the window. It was very hot at night, and opening the window made it noisy and smelly. It would be nice if families with kids were given rooms on the other side of the building. Additionally, the hotel itself is quite old.

They were very kind, there was a mistake in the bed accommodation and they solved it without problems.

It was clean, tidy and at €67 for the night just about right. It was easy to find and check in straightforward.

Outlook/view was a bit miserable, however I guess that cannot be helped.Room layout a bit strange, sink in room, additional single bed above the double bed.

It had all the basics we needed and the staff was helpful

I think for foreign guests you must explain the self- check-in machine in an email 3 days before minimum. It was a very strange welcome and I don’t think I would have known what to do. But after a while a man did check us in.In South Africa we still use to humans LOL

One of the ladies who was on night shift between new years eve and new years day was very rude, arrogant and not helpful at all. If you ask her something she tell you to google it. Apart of that lady, the staff was excellent. Hotel is clean but on a daily basis rooms are not cleaned and linnen is not done. Just change towels and vacuum.

Small but quite practical and comfy room. Great staff / service. Yummy breakfast. Parking (paid 10€/day) near entrance provided which is important.

Need to re-connect to wifi too often

It's a fairly good hotel, the receptionists were nice as well.

The cleaners didn't always clean our room properly, even when we asked them when she came. Also she was knocking the door and if we did not open it, she broke inside the room which was very inapropriate. Sometimes she came too early in the morning and expected us to get out of bed for her immediately, otherwise she wouldn't clean. And they didn't really clean the room properly, only hoovering and not mapping the floor. The other cleaner only brought us bed sheets every time, but did not clean at all. In my opinin they need some training on these things. The other thing - the bed matress is not so comfortable. It should be exchanged for new because the middle of the matress is too down. Too many people slept in them and it seems to be old so it is not comfortable. I had to put a duvet underneath to be able to sleep. The other thing the lamp switches above the bed have light which is annoying while sleeping. I had to put a pillow there not to cover the light.

Convenient location near the metro (several stations from the city center). The room has everything you need. An excellent combination of price and quality, if you need affordable housing near the city center.

The room was warm

Room was too noisy as the window was right along side a busy roadway

You can get boiled water at the reception from 14 to 23 pm for free into your bottle

Accessibility to Metro station. Staff were polite. Cleanliness was well maintained.

Only one thing not comfortable was the bed.
