There was only one bath towel and hand towel and no wash clothes. The tub didn't have a slip prevention mat.

The size of the room Quiet location

The staff was rude at the front desk.They wanted to charge me 45EUR to check in early, but then said I'd be able to check in for free in the afternoon. When I returned at the later time, they claimed it wasn't ready but gave another guest their room.

Cleanliness and near to the Airport

I was not given room slipper considering its Winter and the floor is cold.

Everything thing is good rooms are clean and comfortable , Ubahn is near to the hotel

The reception staff is much slow in handling requests and often fail to resolve issues effectively. As a result, I am required to visit the reception multiple times for the same matter, which is both inconvenient and time taking but room and location wise it’s good.

Clean, comfortable, great beds and shower, very convenient to the metro.

It sometimes took the staff awhile to respond to requests. We never did get another box of tissues. Not a deal-breaker, though. Breakfast is pretty expensive; either book it with your room, or go to the bakery 100 meters away.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. The entrance of the U-Bahn station is nearby. The rooms are big and clean.

The breakfast room was too small and crowded for the large number of rooms and guests. The staff only arranged to set up the extra bed for us when we checked in at 4.30pm.

The location is great. Directly right next to metro station.

There was mold in the shower. The room in general was not properly cleaned. Most noticable were spider webs on the ceiling.

The staff were great, so was the room and breakfast.

Away from the craziness of Oktoberfest

The staff. We had a suite with four guests. 4 night stay and every day we had to request towels because they would only leave 2. It was such a hassle. Then the house keeping staff would leave toilet paper and Kleenex empty. On vacation with 4 women we didn’t want to deal with additional stress in the room it was disappointing service

The rooms are very modest and not as clean as expected, I saw insects in the room.Cleaning is done on request on line, Food service is not available in the room until evening, There is no drinking water as complimentary , Coffee and tea are not automatically added to the rooms as complimentary. The hotel is far from the city and there are no nearby restaurants, except a small supermarket. the rooms and services do not match the high price of the hotel.

Location of the hotel is close to the center

Room smelly, dirty and poorly maintained. Hair all over the bathroom and wet floor caused bad smell in the room. The wall of the windows and bathroom are covered with fungus

Nothing everything was low expectations there is no one to carry our luggage the rooms has poor AC and the rooms was not in good condition.

When I asked for interconnected rooms they provided me but the other room was king size and the third bed was like a jail bed very bad condition also the bathroom cynic was flooded when I asked for maintenance they ignored me.

Clean and well-appointed rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a convenient location near the U-Bahn station and close to the English Garden Park. Also, easy transfer from the airport with the Lufthansa Express bus.

Everything is amazing, we met 3 male receptionist, they helped us so much, they are very polite .

The only thing is the cleaning, very very bad

I liked the location

I stayed for two nights but they never clean the room until I checked out
