Pros +
- The location, looks far but with the 2 trams stopping literally in front of the door of the hotel every 5 min, you can get anywhere you need in under 10 minutes. The breakfast is very good and all the staff are fantastic. The rooms are sharp.
Cons -
- The pillows, Way too soft. Cannot be ergonomic! Housekeeping:every day they took the dirty glasses from our room & never replaced them! By the 3rd day we had none! We asked them & they had none ready. No usable fridge to store medication, water,etc.
