Hotel Südstern

Nice, quiet, clean, modern… A practical kitchen with all you need.

None, thank you…

It was simple had everything I needed

Lack of hand soap (bars) also a little pricey but it was the last week of Oktoberfest so I understand there and it was the best bang for buck in the area available.

Room was small but bathroom was good. Also, I really enjoyed the common kitchen area to prepare meals and eat on the terrace patio.

Problems with the air condition and the bathroom sink.

Great location outside of city centre with train station just around the corner. Parking facilities were great. Cute little communal balcony area and kitchen. Room had everything we required.

The room was perfectly formed but very very small. Two of us struggled with two cases to find room to do anything. We couldn’t have stayed more than one night here.

The room was Very Clean, The view was so nice, The Staff are so frindly, and everything there was so nice

The Time of check out was so early 10 am Better to change it from 12 to 2 pm

They don’t serve breakfast but offer a free kitchen with private refrigerators, etc. There is a delicious bakery place right across the hotel

Price, kitchen, free parking, close to S-Bahn, and they allow to do check-in earlier

Rooms were nice

The staff gave me the wrong key to the room.Vending machine only accepts coins

Location is good

Bed was not comfortable, shower was a bit dirtyThere were no shampoo, shower gel etcAnd the room was smaller than expected

Only 4min walk from the railline, 15min and you are downtown, superclean, kitchen to use, modern, nice area with cafetaria’s & bakery

The room was nice, clean, quiet and cozy. The bed was comfortable and having an A/C was amazing. It is conveniently located 5 minutes away from Solln train station.

The wifi was not working properly and I could not get a mobile phone signal inside the room, reception was minimal near the window. Although there is a shared kitchen on each floor, fridge access is not guaranteed. There are lockers inside the fridge and a key must be requested. No keys were left upon my check in, so I could not store any food or drinks.

Parking, location

No wifi/ bad wifi

The room was clean, beds are comfortable.

The room is too small.

It was clean and comfortable and quiet.

During the night, there are no open stores in the area, except for a gas station. Also, quite far from center.

Good location, near the Sbahn station. Clean room. Big bathroom.

The room looked so nice, clean and cozy. The hotel is accessible to the public transport. Breakfast was not available at the hotel but there are nearby restaurants.

I had an unfortunate experience losing the keys to my rental car. The staff at the hotel couldnt have been kinder, more sympathetic and helpful. They helped me resolve what could have been a catastrophe. And the hotel is lovely, clean and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend a stay there!

Ease of check-in even after regular check-in hours, cleanliness, comfort, location very close to public transport and very easy to the city center, parking facility, they allowed to use the park place also after check-out

Room a bit small but no downside other than that

Room and the hotel was very new and clean. Bed was comfortable and it was great to have a nespresso machine available in the room. Kitchen and the terrace area is also nice for having your own food or drink. Area was calm and quiet.

Bathroom had some smell maybe it is better to air it more. Area was nice but it is a bit far away from the city center in case you want to be close there or stay late.

Where we wanted to be, cleanliness, quiet neighborhood

Room was very small and we didn't find out about how the AC worked until the 2nd night. It worked great when we found out how to work it.
