The lady in the front desk asked us to speak in Spanish, instead of English!! Wonderful!! Breakfast was very good.

Location is not the best, but it's not so bad either...

Housekeeping coming into the room literally at 8am. That's so early.

Clean room. Comfortable beds. Strong water pressure and long lasting hot water. The breakfast was included in with our stay and very fulfilling. (630-930am)It was also nice that there was a kettle in the hotel lobby that was perfect after returning from a late night walk on a cold night. Friendly and helpful staff. We had 3 different people at the front desk and everyone was helpful and professional. If you are lucky maybe there will be a fun group in the small bar area that you will enjoy a late nightcap (and if not then start one). Reasonable price selection of beers. Parking is 10e which is a good deal since it is right on the property. Hotel also has postcards for sale. We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and stayed at this hotel due to the distance. It was close and we felt safe walking to it.

The breakfast was great. There were a lot of options and the staff was friendly.

I wanted a room for my family of 4 but could only get a 3 person room and a 1 person room but it was fine for 2 nights.

The room was comfortable, there was a fridge that I didn't see until I was leaving, the buffet was excellent, (especially when the black lady was there), it was one of the best buffets that I've had in a long time. the bed was very good and I'm very picky about the bed because if you don't get a good night's rest what is the poiint

Oktoberfest prices. The pillow was crappy. Please replace it. The front desk calling me at noon. I don't need to be called at 12 on the dot if that is checkout time. Thanks Mom. Maybe curtains for bathroom window would be appreciated.

Good breakfast served in a pleasant environment. It is a budget hotel. Room is a bit old and tried but everything are there. Good price value ratio in Munich.

Not all staffs are eager to answer questions. I was told to find out the answer online myself when I asked for some tourist information. To be fair, some another staffs are good.

Location very close to train/metro station, although the location it-self is very quite. Room size was ok for two persons. Breakfast was ok, but the breakfast area was almost to small.

Very friendly and help full staff. Reception is working 24/7 what is very suitable with arrivals midnight.Location is not perfect (especially keeping in mind the target of my visit Messe Munich) but due to developed public transport net location is not a problem.

Very old hotel with old carpets and a musty smell. We could also smell some smoke in the curtains. The walls are very thin which makes it a very noisy place. We woke up at 1:45 am when several guests came home and were loud in the hallway and their rooms. The door was difficult to open. The hotel has a very small old elevator. You need to sleep with the windows open even when it is cool outside.

Breakfast was great, staff were super helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to be helpful.

The quality of the guests that stayed in the hotel was bad. Doors being slammed at 2 in the morning, loud conversations and shouting in the coridoors, loud music in the rooms.

The breakfast is excellent - a good buffet with a selection of hot and cold foods, and healthy options. The room (I had a single) was basic and small, but perfectly functional. Not somewhere you'd want to spend a lot of time, but if you are looking for a comfortable place to sleep and get out in Munich, it's ideal.

The (single) room was small and basic, but very functional. The shower temperature was a bit fiddly, but once you found the right level the temperature and pressure was great. For the price, I found the facilities very good

Breakfast was good. 5 minute walk to train station so easy access to the city on the excellent transport system. Staff were helpful. Overall good value for money for the 2 nights we stayed.

Female staff member working on 1st February evening at reception was really rude, and unprofessional in dealing with foreign clients. On 31st December night at 2 30 am Someone knocked on my door two times. I didn't feel safe in this hotel.Economy rooms have fungus problems.

The bathroom is big and has a perfect lighting! While the room itself is a bit small, but in general, pretty clean.The breakfast is nice while ends early at 9:30am. The location is a bit far from main attractions but close enough to u-bahn.

All staff are friendly and welcoming except one reception lady who is a bit Karen.

The location is near the U-bahn station. The free breakfast is really nice.

The soundproofing between rooms and floors is not fine. The room feels a little cold at night.
