Staff very friendly and responsive. We asked if they had electric kettle, and they delivered! Room was very neat and clean.

Window curtains didn't have handle, so they were hard to open and close. Shower was a bit weird, in that there was no door or curtain, so person using the sink could get splashed by person using the shower.

Centrally located, clean and roomy for Munich. The kitchenette was a bonus even though we didn’t use it much.

The bed was really small for 2 people.

From the layout and design of the rooms to the easy check-in - everything was top notch. This was our second time at this place and it was flawless again.

Nothing to complain about! Which is rare for me, haha.

Easy to book; stayed only one night - quick in quick out with no problems; likes the quietness of the room (window to the back of the house) - slept with open window

Everything is digital - with AI chat bot as first contact. Leaves an uneasy feeling - what if something goes wrong? In the bathroom could be one more hook to hang your stuff

Location was excellent, nice, quiet area of Schwabing but close enough to the city centre with an underground train station just 400m away. Interior of the room was well appointed with everything that you could need for a longer stay. Comfy bed, nice kitchenette with a fridge, hairdryer in the bathroom, windows that open completely for the fresh air lovers. Great coffee too!

Spotless clean, comfortable, good location. Close to public transportation and plenty restaurants around.

At the beginning it was not too intuitive to operate elevator. But with patience and reviewing the app, it worked.

Location was good. Rooms facing courtyard are quiet. Kitchen useful. Contemporary design (for me that's not important).

Though I'm technology literate, this hotel is overly cell phone-centric. It is very inconvenient to depend on the cell phone to do simple tasks like enter the property, unlock the room and even request the elevator. Phone needs to be always charged and on you. For example: to enter the property, you need to 1) unlock the phone, 2) open their email, 3) Click a link that brings you to 3 other links, 4) click the link for the function you want, 5) enter the security code to enter the property.A card key would have been much easier.Rooms facing the street are noisy at night.

Clean secure and great location

I stayed 10 days and fire alarm for entire building (that’s 4 floors about 20 rooms per floor) when on twice. Horrible could not be near building. We waited 45 minutes outside on street. I was told technical but who knows. My only concern

The apartment was clean and modern looking. Located in a nice neighborhood, close to restaurants and U-bahn. Garage right behind the building (reserved in advance). There is no reception onsite, however, the staff was very responsive and helpful when we contacted them.

Very comfortable and clean, simple instructions. Location is also good, close to the city center and grocery stores, bars, etc. A bit expensive but worth it!

Amazing location, Ubahn just around the corner. Shops and cafes around. Great facilities in the apartment, comfy bed. We had everything we need. Top quality kitchenware and cookware.

Apartment gets very warm even with the heating off and windows open through out the day. Works great for winter. Summers could be too hot.

The location being close to the Underground and a short walk to restaurants was very good and useful. Did have to make sure we all took our phones otherwise you can't get back into you apartment with everything being based on site codes linked to your phone/app

Some globes need to be replaced in the lights, we did forget to report it ourselves so no blame on anyone for that

It was impossible to turn off the radiator and it became really hot and uncomfortable at night.
