room was good and clean however would be nice to have coffee facilities or kettle to get hot water for our old coffee or tea. Breakfast should also open a bit earlier like 7am as 8.30am too late for us who has to get ready for work at 8am.

The room was very nice and spacious and everything you needed was provided.Bob W has a very good price for being in a prime location.
The check-in area is a bit small and has only one tablet, so if multiple people arrive at the same time, it gets a bit cramped, and you will have to wait for a bit until you can check yourself in.

A clear summer hotel but without room heating possibility this hotel is not made for winter. Super cold bathroom floor as well. They have an aircon system which supposed to heat as well but it did not. No heater or floor heating. Not up to date for Munich winters.

Nicely designed and warm in the winter.
We could hear everything that was happening in the hallway. The hotel staff entered the room at 9am to clean even though we were still asleep, had the door electric locked from the inside and the checkout was at 11. They just turned around and left without even saying sorry. That was a very uncomfortable experience. They don't provide "do not disturb" signs.
