Location, clean, friendly staff.

Breakfast was really weak.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff in particular Mustafa at the bar. He was excellent!!!

We stay a couple nights at the hotel.It is good location, public transportation right there.We walked through to the old city, it was nice walk about 20 minutes.The staff is super friendly, clean, good breakfast.It is definitely worth the price.

Everything clean and modern, a good basic hotel in a good location. The lobby and bar were the best part, we spent several comfortable evenings lounging in the beautiful and comfortable bar. It looked stunning for Christmas.

Needs more pillow options (pillows are too soft) and needs coffee or kettle in the room. Unfortunately we also had an incident where we ordered a taxi with reception, but then the staff forgot to put in the order. So we ended up very late to the train station and nearly missed our train (we were sprinting to the platform!) This put a bit of a wrinkle in an otherwise decent stay.

Cool vibe and decor, great location (walking distance to train station and to Old Town), comfortable beds.

Beds are only Queen/king size. Unable to accommodate twin singles (we were travelling with 2 teenagers that had to share a bed

Limited breakfast buffet with no hot dishes (due to no kitchen). No nearby free parking. There is no dedicated meeting or conference area.

The hotel lobby is beautiful. The rooms aren't huge, but well-designed and have everything you need for a nice stay. Bathrooms are really nice.

The only glitch was that there wasn't a TV remote in one of the rooms after the second night.

Excellent hotel! Very stylish, with spacious rooms. It was very convenient for us that the hotel has parking. We were especially touched that we informed the hotel in advance that we would be traveling with our cat, and our room was prepared with a bowl for him

Poor location - corner of main road - no place to park for taxi or drop off.Staff cannot send a simple invoice, even after multiple requests. Cleaning ladies walk into the room without knocking and they time it perfectly just when you come out of the shower.

Located near the train station. 24/7 check in was very convenient. Rooms are fairly basic but clear and have all you need for a short stay. Bed and pillows were comfortable too .

Hot water from the shower was not constant and it had bursts of very cold water, but overall nothing to impact our stay.

Good room, value for money, very clean and perfect sound isolation.

Modern and stylish design, attractive and inviting lobby/bar/restaurant.Clean environment, halls, rooms etc.Staff were VERY pleasant and accommodating.We didn't do the buffet breakfast, but it looked great.Location was "ok", although it was a bit of a walk in freezing conditions at times to walk into the old-town and X-MAS markets.

The room was too small for 4-nts with 2 people. Only one person could really access the bathroom at a time(unless one in the shower).Storage for luggage (X2) was very difficult, and as such this made space to move around even more difficult.There was NO KETTLE to boil water for a cup of tea, and no other facilities to assist in that area.The light switches in the room were tricky, not sure if ours were faulty, but quite difficult to operate.

Appreciate it's a budget hotel but replenishing cups in the room after use isn't much to ask. Also had to leave shower gel open to get housekeeping to realise it needed topping up. Breakfast is identical each day gets boring and counters woefully small for the number of weekend guests. Room too small for 3 nights I would have paid more had it been suggested.

Location, very comfortable bed and sheets. My double room was perfect for one, two would be a squeeze. Very friendly staff but obviously under a lot of stress. On the desk at least.

The shower head snapped off and with no telephone in the room to contact reception I had to wander the corridors to find a ‘Zimmermädchen‘ with the hope of them understanding my dilemma in order to remedy the situation. Not ideal!!The TV would only play Radio Bayern1.
