Room size and location to downtown.

Very dark entry and in alley. Need a few hours notification. We showed up not knowing what to do or who to contact. Room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Great location for Oktoberfest with a good sized group. It’s decent price for three bedrooms and could sleep 7 people very comfortably.

It’s definitely survived its share of parties and could use some rehab, but for the value it’s fine!

Owners were incredibly nice and helpful. Apartment is one minute walk from a major street car stop. So you are a two minute train ride to Train Station. Four minutes to main pedestrian/tourist zone. Six minutes to Sendlinger Tor. 9 minutes to Marien Platz. You can be pretty much anywhere in the city in just a few minutes. You aren’t quite in a touristy area so the restaurants are half the price you would pay just a few blocks away.

Not clean and not maintained in good shape.

Great location and very helpful host. The apartment was well designed, and there was everything that was necessary for a stay, including cooking and washing.

The furniture was quite old. The bed was not comfortable.

Good location, covered all essentials (e.g. kitchen had all the right appliances), great location (close to an Afghan restaurant that is worth a visit!)

The bathroom. It becomes almost unusable after a shower, since the water soaks up the floor. It could have also benefited from providing more towels

Dirty apartment (including stained bedsheets) with an unhelpful host who won’t do anything about it

Our apartment was dirty and did not look cleaned at all. Upon checking in, there was dust everywhere in the apartment and cobwebs. Because there was dust in the bathroom, we would end up having clumps of wet dust after showering all over.It was not explained to us either that the door needed to be locked specifically using a key from the inside. We assumed that it would just lock after we closed the door from the inside when we got home. Because of this, drunk people who somehow had access to our building walked into our apartment in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. This happened twice.Worst of all, there were stains on our bedsheets, which was absolutely disgusting. Even after contacting the property owner about the cleanliness issues on the day we checked in, they did not reply until we checked out and disregarded any of the issues we brought up.

The size of the apartment, having multiple beds and bathrooms. Sleeping quarters were on opposite sides of each other. Great location to train station and central transportation hub.

The photos here do not match the accommodation, there was a small window, not what was pictured. Apartment smelled so bad of smoke our laundry and clothes were saturated with smoke when we left, had to rewash everything.

Location was good. Customer service was good. Good restaurants around, few metro stops from Marienplatez

Linens should be changed, they look and smell old

The location is great, 10 minutes walk to the train station. It's also close to restaurants and various shops, only a few minutes walk. The place is clean, the rooms are cozy. Although it's quite small but it's not a big deal for us.

The location was great; we could walk to the train station in minutes. We were also able to walk into the main city instead of using public transport.

It was really small but doable for three people with one luggage bag each. There were three beds, two of them pushed together and one of them acting as a sofa as well. The washing machine was kind of janky, but we got it to work (we had to buy the detergent ourselves). Unfortunately, our clothes didn't fully dry in the room even after three and a half days.

the location is relatively ok, walking distance to Marienplatz, thats all.

the images at Booking site has nothing to do with the real place. It is old looking, badly furnished apartment. The applainces were also bad quality and I didnt even want to shower. The parking spot needs to be booked in advance so be careful, when it says "parking available" it means you need to book and pay for it.

Fausets and showers were broken, you could hardly get normal temparture from shower, it went suddenly to boiling hot or freezing cold.Towels were dirty. Couldnt contact the owner through app. Main lock of the door into the apartment was broken. And there was one old bread under the bed.Water was runnong trough from emergency exit.Location was brilliant and it was really quiet.

Excellent location (~10 minutes from Hbf station, ~20 minutes to city centre); easy and smooth contactless check in and check out; stable WiFi; clean bedding.

Overall level of cleaning should be significantly improved (it was relatively dirty almost everywhere, seems that floor, dust, dishes and bathroom were not cleaned for a long time); leaking shower; missing essentials for the apartment with kitchen (such as glasses); overpriced for this quality and room size; very poor noise isolation.

Whenever I go to Munich I was choose this place. Very well located, with good restaurants around it, clean, cozy.

It was just a bit expensive at that time. And I used to feel a very strong smell of cigarettes around the hall whenever I went inside of the apartment. I think the neighbors smoked a lot over there, and the smell went all inside of the apartment.

The location was great (just a block from a tram stop, 6 stops from the city center) and there were enough beds for our group of seven. Plus there was an elevator, which was nice.

Small sinks and no hand towels in WCs, very poor water pressure in showers and uncomfortable mattresses. Also, the contact was unresponsive after we informed them we were there for parking (pre-arranged). After waiting for 30 minutes, we parked elsewhere.

Then

It was very loud. People were coming in late 10p and later) and leaving (5am) loudly. You can hear every noise outside of your room. Doors slamming, footsteps down the echoing hallway. People talking very loudly. Also the booking.Com info says parking, but then when you arrive you are told it says parking is available not include. So that is another 15 euros a night.

Location was perfect for Oktoberfest. Many beds for our group. Felt safe and secure. Overall pretty quiet considering the location. Beds were comfortable.

Some of the light fixtures didn’t have light bulbs. The bathroom switch was broken. One sofa leg kept coming loose. The vacuums didn’t work. We could have used a bit more toilet paper and bath towels.
