Rocco Forte The Charles Hotel

Incredible staff, large rooms that's tastefully decorated and great breakfast. The hotel is incredibly well located - just across the street from the main train station, but feels hidden away thanks to the park.

We had an issue with a hold placed on our credit card that the hotel did not release. We had to contact them after 10 days of checking out and they promptly released it. In-room dining was not great.

I have to say I could not find fault in this hotel all round a lovely place to stay and the spa is top class The staff can’t do enough for you and are very attentive for us all the staff speck good English which was a bonus

Great 5* star hotel near Munich Old Town. Room size/service/location/breakfast. Really good food in italian restaurant at the first floor. High level of front desk team.

Car was hit by valet parking, and did not mention it.

The room we stayed in was wonderful, quiet and big. the ambient of the hotel is great, very relaxed. The pool and spa facilities were wonderful as well, the guy at the spa was very welcoming, that was great.

Charming hotel situated in the centre of Munich, a few minutes walk from the train station. Very friendly and accommodating staff with excellent service. Beautiful room with all facilities wished for and a great ambience.

My only reservation is the cost per night, which I think is too high at 510€. That said, we didn't use any of the hotel's facilities, such as the spa or dining facilities, so perhaps my judgment is too harsh. But breakfast should be included for that price.

on a peaceful tree lined street. beautiful outside dining area and decor within. the most spectacular breakfast buffet i have ever seen.

The Charles Hotel is truly a wonderful place to stay when visiting Munich.1. Staff: Every single staff member we met was exceptionally kind and respectful — it really made us feel welcome. A special shout-out to Isabela at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our check-in smooth and stress-free, even arranging our room early before the official check-in time.

I was quite disappointed to discover that my children's bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, and I also found shattered glass on the floor.

They have good swimming pool but the kids can use up to 4 pm. In front of a hotel there is very good park but you can't be comfortable there.Staff is so friendly and helpful

The hotel was close to Munich’s old town, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable.

It was convenient to use hotel parking lot. The elevator takes you directly from the parking garage to the room floor. A gentleman who works the front door from Sri Lanka was very nice and provided us with great details of surrounding places to go to.

One of the first thing I do when I enter the hotel room is check the bathroom. The bathroom has urine on the side of the toilet and at the edge of the tile between the floor and the wall.Also, we left in the morning and came back to find the maid in the room at 3pm and the room hasn't been made up yet. We told her to come back in 30 minutes and we took off for a walk. The F1 collection toy left in the bathtub was lost after we came back to the room. Lack of urgency was observed throughout the whole process. At this price point, the variety for breakfast should be more than what is currently serving. At the same price point, Anantara Phuket in Thailand has way better breakfast option.

The hotel was in an excellent location

They have mix emotion you see them talk to them very friendly in your back they are evel I was over charged three times and talk to them they remove the charges then some one else in the evening return the charge
