We did not know about additional charges for children until check in.

The location is excellent. The room was very clear and with good sound proofing, although selected a room not facing the street.Nice sauna, with outside access.

The dress code in sauna: required bath suit, which is surprising in Germany.The breakfast could have more options.

The staff was amazing! We were able to check in early. Our room was spotlessly clean and the location was perfect! The hotel is in walking distance to all the sights in Munich. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is very good and centric, a few meters from buses and metro station. ALso the neighbourhood is one of the nicest in Munich. Also staff was very friendly.

We were assigned a "Junior Suite" class of room. The room was OK and modern but it lacked good pillows, the toilet room was very small in contrast with the large separated bath and shower room. The suit is in the upper floor and it does not have good isolation from the noise generated by machines no the roof. All in all not a good deal for the price. As for a Junior suite class it does not offer a mini bar due to "company policy" (basically no mini-bars in any room).Breakfast quality was good but the space is limited when it comes to the busy hours.

Modern hotel; great showers and comfortable beds, right next to super market and great area and short walk (1.5) miles to the city center.

WiFi was a little week

It’s clean, cozy, modern kinda hotel. The kids love their own bed. Bonus is that their shower’s water pressure is strong. We love it! Location is perfect, supermarket next door, many cafes & train station is just steps away.

Old building. Tons of charm - great staff, great breakfast. This is stepping into old world Europe and we loved the entire experience.

Our room was not vacuumed properly, I had some dirt left under the bed. Also the bathroom lights are not independent from one another, when someone goes to the toilet in the middle of the night, they have to turn on all the lights in the bathroom which is directly lightening the whole room

Good location and onsite parking. Beds for all 5 of us and very creative room layout.

Large room. Basic in design yet functional. Good location depending on what you wish to see / do. Quiet location even with front facing room.

For the cost, there was no in-room fridge, no tea/coffe facilities or other supplies. Pillows were not very comfortable. Downstairs bar had very little atmosphere.

Comfortable and clean room, liked being able to open windows. The wallpaper in the WC which depicted a forest was stunning ?

Feel of new hotel, clean and great breakfast

Price is quite high for this type of hotel

the location is goof, close to the university so there are a lot of young people, bars and cafes. close to the park and nice walk to the old town.

the vibe is more suitable for friends.

We were there for the 1st weekend of Oktoberfest, so it was quite expensive. To be expected, but not to be liked ;)

Excellent location - very easy to get around. Clean room, comfortable enough beds. Modern with a boutique feel. Loved how close to the English garden it was.

The description of a second room wasn't entirely accurate as it was still just one long room with a sofa bed pulled out, so we felt it was a lot smaller than what was advertised for a family friendly room and space.
