Pros +
- Good rate, location was near the English Garden and they had parking.
- Was good location for family
- The location of the hotel is very good. The metro station is only 6-7 minutes walk from the hotel, as will as a large number of bus and tram stations within a radius of 200-300 meters from the hotel. The hotel area is quiet and safe. The breakfast is in comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, varied from scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, to various sweets, juice, coffee tea.. The staff at the reception is very kind. Natalia is always ready to help and to provide all the informations like wat to visit, how to go there. For my next trip to Munich I will go to this hotel again. I recommend.
Cons -
- Air conditioning needs a little better fan, it took awhile to get cool. Not too bad though
- Extra bad was very unconfortable and was veru hard too sleep:(
- The TV didn’t work and the shower-head was leaking so we had to put it on the ground during the night

The parking garage was already included in the price, which was a really nice surprise. So the stay was cheap
The TV didn’t work and the shower-head was leaking so we had to put it on the ground during the night
Nice room, free parking, walking distance to downtown
Extreme tight underground garage driveway with WC chain to open the garage door. One must be totally cold blooded to drive trough.
The location was good - near 2 bus stops. Room was comfy and clean.
Nothing - all was good!
Location, Haidhausen
Cleanliness. Room size. Street noise was a problem. The room was way too small for two people. As the bed was positioned up against the wall. I had to climb over my spouse to get out of bed.
LOVED that there was parking available and that the hotel was very close to a bus stop. Also for a small room it was very efficient. We fit two adults and a baby with crib snuggly.
Breakfast, room and bathroomwas clean
Size of room and bathroom
Location was good with parking and close access to bus into Old Town, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was nice, outdoor space was beautiful
The ONLY good thing about this hotel was that the staff that checked us in and the night staff were nice.
Our room should not have been cleared to be given to a guest. On top of it being gross and dirty (poo stains running down the front of the toilet, boogers with nosehairs wiped on the walls, toiletries clearly used by another guest) it was also just clearly not maintained whatsoever. The shower was broken at the top and missing a knob to close the door. It was also draining poorly so when you tried to shower you'd be standing in a puddle. Walls were marked with hundreds and hundreds of scuff marks like it hasn't been painted in twenty years. Our room number was half broken off and partially rewritten with sharpie lol. The manager clearly does not care about your experience here and just wants your money. She did offer me another room, which I appreciated and took. She said I could have breakfast as well, but when I told her we wouldn't be able to use the free breakfast (she told us we could use it at 9:50am when it closes at 10am....and the next day we couldn't use it because we were headed to the airport) I asked for a partial refund instead, and she said it was completely impossible. Sorry, but I've worked in hospitality and that's just not true.On-top of that, the bed was horrible in the original room AND the replacement room. Old mattress that sunk in at the end of the bed so it felt like you were sitting in a gaping hole. Horrible hotel, I would never go back and I would never reccomend anyone to stay there, save your money and go somewhere that cares about you!
We liked the value of the rooms. They were still nice and relatively spacious at a portion of the cost of something closer to downtown. Bus access into downtown was easy, only about a 10-minute ride and it is nice because you're away from all the chaos. Hotel had good parking option and there are lime scooters around the area if needed. Edeka right across the street and shower water stays hot.
The hotel was a bit outdated and the mini fridge wasn't the coldest, but overall, these are minor complaints. Our bed also felt old and like it possibly might break
The clearness, the staff was cleaning the room without any request each day!
There was no kittle, and the bed was a bit small.
Great location to get into the city centre. Very convenient for Ostbahnhof. Room clean and comfortable. Quiet location.
Everything was fine
Staff are very pleasant and multi-lingual, helpful too. Garage (easy parking). Generally it's a clean and bright hotel. Away from noisy streets too, it's set on a quieter square but the back rooms are best, by far. They are over the garden. Ask for a back room! Location is a 2km from the Isar river and 3km from the centre of the city but it's walkable in 30 minutes. Trams are nearby too. The railway station [Ost Bahnhof] is only 10 minutes walk. There is a great Turkish restaurant across the road, which serves beer from the keg, too.
The breakfast is poor. The room location is critical. Some rooms are much quieter than others. If you are on holiday, sleeping in this may affect you as early eaters/leavers pass your door (they always talk so loudly). For example rooms on floor#1 get the amplified effect of voices at the check-in area (the glass door there is often wide open allowing noise to rise) plus those coming and going to breakfast on the staircase or via the lift. N.B. avoid rooms such as 103-107. Make sure you are not therein. Staying on floor#2+ avoiding that peak-noise zone on floor#1 (elevator + stairwell + the 'noise trumpet' from below) will allow you to enjoy the stay. Take very good earplugs in case they put you there. I felt they grouped people for ease of cleaning rather than guests' comfort. Room 105 is above the garage door, which you will hear and even 'feel' the vibrations of opening and closing, while you lie in bed. Back to that costly, inadequate breakfast - unless you like steamed frankfurters and rather dry scrambled eggs you may find it lacks what you enjoy at the start of your day. The coffee/drink machine makes a lousy brew. If you do not eat meat you will be much happier not buying breakfast here, which costs €15. The price would be acceptable were the breakfast better, with a wider choice of food, and a better coffee. There are some cold cuts of meats, crusty bread rolls, bland cheese and some shell-bound boiled eggs, as well as fruit juice and cereals. I ate cornflakes in milk with my coffee because I do not eat meat and did not fancy the other things much at all. The milk served is low quality, non-Bio, a kind of UHT type in a worryingly cheap-looking carton (an economy buy?). With questions around milk, these days, this would not be my choice, even were it to be free of cost. I had to eat elsewhere just 30 minutes later, for a good coffee and a very nice croissant for €5 a local bar will suffice.
It was clean and staff was good
Position was ok but not best, room small but ok
Had hot water.
TV did not work. Did not clarify when the reception opened, it just says by 11. But if you check out early there's no one there.
It has everything you need, was clean, bed was great and 25mins walking to the center.
Good location close to bus links that travel all over and a supermarket which was great for low cost food and drink options. Comfy bed and enough room for both of us. Staff friendly. Elevator available (though it is small).
easy late check in via code
noisy doors from neighbouring rooms (slamming + beeping sounds from the code lock system) between 6 - 8am
