Hotel Brack

1.Front desk staffs are very nice and helpful.2.Hotel location is very good. U underground station is next to the hotel.

Staff was very friendly and professional, the inlcuded breakfast was an awesome way to start the day. And the hotel was located right next to a U Bahn stop, super convineient.

Staying in July it would've been nice if the rooms had A/C.

Hotel was nice and in a good location, staff was great.

Parking was a little tricky, we managed to park on the road. You can get a local pass to park on the roads for a €50 deposit which worked well for us.

Location is good. All the amenities worked as they should. Rooms are decent size.

Very uncomfortable beds. Worst beds on our trip. The shower in our room was very oddly shaped with a half tub/half shower set up which was very difficult to get in and out of. It was almost dangerous. The shower space is very small and makes standing difficult due to the odd configuration.

Very nice staff, practical and well located (only 2 stations away from the old town).

Breakfast is until 12.00, but the staff already closed it before, therefore the choice was limited. If it is until 12.00, we should have everything available at any time.

The hotel has a very good location, almost next to an U-Bahn station. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, provided with wonderful service. I had a fantastic time at Hotel Brack. I had a great time.

I liked everything!

The receptionists are friendly and welcoming, the Breakfast was just enough, no self service but they wil serve you on the table 1 piece of each, the room was clean and location is 30min away walking from the center or 3 stops by U Bahn which is just 2 steps from the Hotel

I would suggest if they can have to-go cups for the coffee. The bed was not confortable, after 4 nights of usage a deep depression or hole has formed in the middle, which is significantly impacting my sleep. You can hear people walking in the corridor and opening the next door.

The staff was extraordinary. Very acommodating and friendly, specially the gentleman checking us in. Great value for money and though the hotel might not be new, the facilities are quite good. We had a big and comfortable room,. everything was very clean. Breakfast was also very good and well done. All in all a great stay and big compliments to all the staff
