The main thing I look for in a hotel is how the shower in the bathroom works. Much more often than not the shower is so poorly designed that after a shower the entire bathroom floor is splashed with water, rendering the facility useless, unless the floor is wiped clean. In that respect the shower design in our room was 8/10, i.e. it did the job with minimal splash outside of the bathtub. The bathroom was was on the smaller side, but it still serviced two people. The room ("Studio") was vary spacious and suited our needs. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the Old Town. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Not sure how feasible to retrofit, but installing Bathroom Exhaust/Extractor Fan in the bathroom to vent out the vapors from the shower would be very useful. Compared to the positives I have for this hotel it is minor.

The staff were so nice, they upgraded our room for free and helped us with our luggage. Thank you very much.

Very central location. You can easily walk into the Old Town from here.

It was no noisy but there is a Construction site in front of the hotel.

Excellent staff, room, and location minutes from Marienplatz. The property is within minutes of two S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. The room was large and very well equipped.

The staff of the hotel was amazing and helped us with everything we need. The location is great and the room are spacious.

The location was fantastic, less than 10 min walk to Marienplatz. The junior suite apartment was so spacious, beautifully decorated and the balcony was such a plus. very well stocked kitchenette. The staff were so helpfull and customer service was great.

Just a few things. I had made this apartment reservation 1 year before and had reserved a parking space. 1 week before we arrived I comfirmed with the hotel we had a space and they said we are sorry but we do not have one for you. I could have checked again a few months before to confirm again, but there was no reason given why I didnt have a parking reservation. Also when checking out there was a false charge of the minibar and we spoke with the front desk the night before checkout and he said he removed the charge. We double checked the next morning and it was still kn the account.

Great location for access to Old Town and Christmas Markets. Many nearby excellent restaurants. Quick (12 minute) ride from the train station. Well appointed room, spacious. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Efficiency area perfect for breakfast. Grocery store a 4 minute walk away. Very comfortable.

A large building directly in front of the hotel is under construction, which starts prompt at 700. Not the hotel's fault, of course, but that's why i gave it a 9 rather than a 10.

The property was perfectly located, clean and full of character. The hallways always smelled nice. However, the best thing about this place is the people that work there. They were so welcoming and helpful especially Arthur and Linda. We forgot our daughter’s gold earrings and they mailed them out to us!! We would definitely stay there again.

There was construction in front of the property, you couldn’t hear any noise if windows were closed. The service and hospitality made up for the construction scenery

Perfect location for walking everywhere in The Old Town. Kitchenette is perfect for making breakfast in the morning. Bed was very comfortable.

There is a lot of construction going on around the apartment. But when inside, you do not hear anything.

Staff was super helpful and we even got to check in early. The room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel was quiet while we were there.

As other reviewers note, there is substantial construction in front of the hotel as well as renovations of the hotel ongoing. It was difficult to find the hotel and navigate around the closed streets. During the week the noise would be substantial. The room was very hot and we were not able to adjust the temperature of the heater.

Amazing Location, with extra space in the room, bathtub, fitness center, and sauna …all great.

Great location and a bit less expensive than some other hotels. VERY comfortable beds and extremely spacious! Very friendly and helpful.

No negative comments except they're doing construction across the street currently (Oct 2025) but once you close the window you can't hear anything. Plus if you get a garden view (we didn't), it's quiet.

Beautiful property with an awesome location! The beds were AMAZING! So comfortable, best sleep I’ve had on our 3 week trip. The staff are helpful and accommodating, with 24-hr front desk. The courtyard is beautiful and the decor adds charm. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

location was phenomenal where we could walk to all the major sights in down town Munich and it was very safe. The staff were also very helpful.

There was a lot of construction around the building including in front of the building but that was ok because the rooms were sooo quite. You could close the windows and hear nothing.

Super friendly reception staff. We arrived after a 10 hour flight just after noon. Our room was not quite ready so they set us up with coffees and drinks on the terrace and got our room ready. We so appreciated it! Great location for the hotel as well. The construction didn’t bother us at all. It is what it is. In large cities, stuff like this can’t be avoided.

Excellent location. Quiet hotel despite construction outside. Could not hear it at all. Beds were very comfy and there was AC. We hope to come back someday.
