There was not AC in the room.

This hotel was much better than anticipated! I highly recommend this place to anyone from any country

The location was great

The rooms really smelled of perfume and gave a headache, along with the dryness of the rooms made sleeping really uncomfortable. Both my wife and I had an awful night there. Parking couldn’t be paid for in the lobby and the machine in the parkhaus cost nearly double the advertised price.

Really well located, close to Munich Freiheit station, restaurants and little shops. Hotel seems to be new. I found rooms to be spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is good, meals are really large for European standards.

Lots of scam/spam messages using the hotel name and guest data prior to arrival.

Location. Modernity.

Man receptionist wearing the most disgusting printed sweatshirt in which he might sleep. Gives the worst bad first image of the hotel.

Dirty, dusty, smelly

The location is quite close to underground stations that can get you anywhere fast. Convenient parking right next door at a fair price. The area is nice and has good bars nearby. It's also a quick drive to the airport.

I felt the hotel was overpriced. The room was average. The location was ok. Not bad. Just Ok. Everything was average but I felt a bit overpriced for what you were getting. Would probably stay at a different place next time.

Location is great. Restaurant is awesome, breakfast is also amazing.

The room is too old. I took two rooms and one of them the bathroom was leaking. The pillows were not sot good

Interesting decor, friendly staff and a quiet room.

Room was nice and comfy, a la carte breakfast was a nice change of pace, location was reasonably central and parking was available nearby (for a fee).

Fully opening window would be nice. Room was too dark (combination of dark decor + insufficient lighting).

No airco - but they solve the issue with a cooler so it was ok and no problem .

Location was very good, a good walk from Marienplatz but lots to see on the way. Staff were friendly and helpful.Didn’t have breakfast as it was €25 per person, had a nice breakfast in a local cafe for less than half that.The shower was fantastic and the toiletries provided were first class.

We were told we had the best room and it was nice with a very little balcony but no air con. I don’t normally like air con but it was 30+ degrees in a small room and pretty unbearable.You could have provided a fan at least.

Quiet neighborhood, close to various wonderful restaurants, close to the subway, great breakfast...

I'm really trying to find at least one small complaint, I'll let you know if I remember one...

It’s was nicely designed, in a buzzy part of the city. Really clean and the staff were nice.

It was really expensive for what we got - quite a small room. There’s no air con so it was a very warm evening for us. If I returned to Munich, I wouldn’t stay here again - just personal choice.
