Cool hotel, close to the train

Sort of in an area that may not always feel the safest.

Dida(receptionist) provided great service, was very friendly, and went out of her way to assist us.

No internet access in my room

Great location. 5 minute walk to the train station but very safe. Very clean. Nice and helpful personnel.

I like the hospitality of the staff Mr Mohammed was very nice and very kind and always willing to help . Also Mr Henry. The hotel very clean and the cleaning staff very efficient. The location is great walking distance from supermarkets restaurants shopping and sightseeing areas.

At night it gets little noisy but manageable.

Excellent location. Great value. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

The room was very stylish, clean, well ventilated and with a very comfortable bed and good linen.

The breakfast was plentiful and the view from the dining area was nice. Pleasant service. The food, space and service alone made it worth coming here.

Really nice room and general feel of the hotel

I did report the tv wasn’t working twice, to two different staff . But nothing was done about it

Couldn’t fault it - a few minutes walk from the station, a twenty minute stroll to the city centre, beautifully turned out, helpful pleasant staff, single bed was really wide, pillows big and comfy. All good!

Decent size room

No near by parking, very strange neighborhood.

The room was really nicely decorated, exceptionally clean, and very functional. The bathroom was also really clean and they provide an ample number of towels as well as a hairdryer. The staff were approachable and professional. The location was pretty good as well, being situated near many food options and the city centre.

The wifi was really bad. Our devices struggled to identify it as a network and when we would be able to connect to the wifi, it was really weak. It would kick us off at random times as well and then not reconnect for a solid chunk of time.

Central location, modern, clean

N.a

Very beautiful, spacious, warm, clean and tidy room. It is very well equipped, the bed was great and overall the room is very comfortable. The person at the reception was very kind and helpful. The hotel is near many grocery shops, restaurants, café and local transportation. Getting free drinks if you do not ask for room cleanings is a great idea.

It can be noisy at night outside.

Convenient location. Clean. Comfortable. Nice staff.

the staff were very good to deal with

we had 3 rooms which were all the same booking type. Unfortunately we as the parents got the worst room which was next to a fire escape and tiny. The staff were good about it.

Room was comfortable apart from the bathroom. Breakfast was adequate.

The biggest problem was the odour of the bathroom. It was unbearable and I had to have the windows of the room open for the bathroom air to get cleaned so I can step inside.

It’s in a great location for tourist, room was super nice a little on the Cozy side however I notice most rooms I Europe are like that otherwise it was a great stay

If I had to say something Maybe just the parking being some distance from the hotel

It was really close to Marienplatz! Literally a 10-15 minute walk, it was close by to local coffee shops and the train/tram network!

The location is excellent, very near to the main train station and just a short walk to the old city. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

It wasn’t a huge problem or anything but the rooms are quite small for two people.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were lovely. The staff were all friendly and happy to help.

very comfortable bed, big shower, complementary coffee and water
