    Pros +

    • We were exhausted after an overnight flight and arrived about 2 hours before check in. The gentleman at reception made an effort to get us into a room right away, which we were grateful for. The room was perfect, everything was clean and comfortable.
    • The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The mini bar reasonably priced
    • Big room. Clean. Well stocked mini fridge that was reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Easy trip into city centre and easy journey from airport

    Cons -

    • One of the bottles from the mini bar had been opened and half drunk, the photos are misleading showing balconies and bath tubs yet none of the rooms had a bath tub and very few rooms had balconies. We had requested both on booking but our request was ignored. The reception closed at 4pm which, after which only a lock box is available but not good for tourists.
    • If I had to offer one piece of criticism, it is that the staff should remind all guests that quiet hours start at 10 PM. Some nights there were guests who were noisy beyond midnight. There is no one on reception at that time of night which results in guests having to solve that problem themselves
    • It was a shame there weren’t tea/coffee making facilities in the room

The hotel is located in a great neighbourhood in Munich that is quiet, safe and has great public transportation links to the rest of the city. Sebastian and the staff are very helpful and very friendly and treated us like family. Rooms are very nice and can be set to the perfect temperature. A handful of nice breakfast and dinner spots in the area too

Nice and clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the Nymphenburg castle and excellent access to the city center. Staff is friendly, especially Mr Sebastian who gave us good tips. Overall we had a nice stay and would come again.

The location is convenient as it is a short tram ride from a Central Train station. The trams are frequent, safe, reliable. By tram one can get to the main tourist center. Walking distance from the hotel is a park.

Excellent small hotel close to our sons apartment hence the choice

It was a shame there weren’t tea/coffee making facilities in the room

The hotel was close to the city centre and Old Town. With the tram you are there in 15 minutes. The location was easy to reach, and it was in a quiet neighbourhood. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. Rooms were very spacious and clean. It is a perfect place to stay a few days to do a short city visit.

Parking is quite limited. On the site it says there is free parking, but for the hotel there are 8 spots on the property. When it is full you have to park at the surrounding area. Rooms were very noisy, so as a light sleeper you should bring ear plugs. One can hear almost every word, and furthermore, the beds were very creaky.

An exceptionally clean room and friendly and helpful staffs. Close to Nymphenburg Palace and the Botanical Garden of the LM University of Munich.

It would be great if each room had a kettle and some tea bags, but considering the price, I have no complaints.

The hotel is very cozy in a quiet part of Munich. I liked that it was clean and that the staff was very friendly. I also liked the parking - I was specifically looking for not an underground parking and the hotel had a few parking spots available. Breakfast was also good.

I didn't find anything to dislike.

The hotel is in a quiet, suburban area, and it was very quiet. It's only a 5 minute walk to tram to downtown/ Bahnhof. and a short walk to Nymphenburg palace. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good (excellent bread! Pretty good freshly brewed coffee (not just for the machine). The room was nice and very clean and was a friendly and welcoming atmosphere (both in email correspondence and when I was there).

The mattress wasn't comfortable (really, one of the worst I've had in hotels) and the single bad was small. There wasn't hot water to make tea / coffee in the room or in the lobby (thought they kindly gave me a kettle when I asked for it, which was life-saving!).

    Nothing Everything was great

Great location. A little out of town but still easy to get into the city. There is a beer garden less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel for lunch/dinner.The staff were very friendly and happy to help.

Easy check in even when I came late, nice area, super friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Close to the tram which took about 17 minutes to central station, also S-bahn within walking distance. Staff called me ahead of arrival and ensured everything was going well, and gave me clear instructions on how to check-in after reception was closed.

The bed wasn't to my taste, but it was still a good night. It was clean and nice otherwise and I will definitively come back if I am in the area again.

Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, whom you will remember fondly and want to return to. Delicious and inexpensive breakfast for the range offered. Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds for the price. The hotel is located 10 minutes from Nymphenburg Palace, right next to Hirschgarten, a 3-minute walk to the tram stop, from where you can reach the city centre in 20 minutes. Superb!

Excellent experience! Sebastian went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The hotel is clean, modern, and tucked away in a quiet area close to public transport, restaurants, Nymphenburg Palace, and Hirschgarten. Perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. Thank you very much, and see you again soon.

Charming hotel with ample free parking (although the parking lot was small there was loads of on street parking for free in the area). The location was excellent as it was within walking distance to the castle, restaurants and the tram stop to Munich city center. The staff were friendly, welcoming, very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was an authentic German breakfast with plenty of different types of fresh bread rolls, cheeses, cold meats and spreads. Would definitely recommend staying here and would do so again without hesitation

    Small shower.

Everything was great, location is amazing, stuff is super friendly and interesting. Everything was clean and pleasant

    All good no complain

Exceptional and friendly customer service. The room was clean and quiet. European breakfast with meats, cheese, bread, yogurt, hard boiled eggs which was nice, with an automatic coffee machine and tea. The hotel is in a safe neighborhood that is in walking distance to the Nymphenburg Schloss, park and easy access to the tram downtown.

While I found the bed comfortable, my husband did not. Limited parking spaces (6) which means some will have to try and find a spot on the street, which is busy with traffic and residents finding their own spots.
