Cons -
- Cleanliness was poor at best. Floors not clean, mold in the fridge made it unusable (likely because it was unplugged), a big bad critter found its way onto my suitcase -- you get the idea.
- The hotel is in a bad location. I didnâ≢t feel safe at all walking the street. There was multiple strip clubs on the street alone. The balcony door was broke, so anyone could have come in. Bathroom was horrible mold everywhere. Couldnâ≢t stay. Very unsa

There was a smell in the room coming from the bathroom that was terrible. View from the terrace was bad, had dead birds that you can see. Beds had someone's hair on it
Paid too much for what I got
Didn’t feel very clean. The sink was clogged, and the radiator was dusty. The television didn’t work, and the lampshade was broken. I booked a room with a double bed, but got a room with four single beds. It was very odd.
Horrible experience with the staff and with the fights outside.
Horrible location. Both nights I stayed there were flights outside the building. The staff at the reception was rude. He did not know to talk. Even hostel staff will not talk you like this. I want my full refund back.
With the exception one one staff member they were very kind and apologetic about the Wifi not working.
The location is the issue. It was extremely noisy at night until the early hours (3am). It was out of the control of the company. There was also no hot water ie there was no kettle/jug. For those travelling with family, please note that many of the companies in the immediate vicinity are not family friendly but we never felt unsafe.
The hotel is in the center and very near the main train station. A lot of restaurants near the hotel

It is very near the train station amd food establishment.
The internet is very weak
I will not come again
The wifi was not working well, there were holes in the doors and walls, the safe was not usable, the floor in the corridors was was quite bad. The room was far too expensive for what it is.
Upgraded the room and it was clean and as described, very central location and reasonable price. Having read the reviews after I booked I was worried but no need to worry.
Shower cubicle was badly designed and it was quite noisy not just from other guests/slamming doors and cleaners playing loud music in the morning.

Very good service and nice staff. For me that's the most important thing. I asked at 10pm where I can go and have tea and the receptionist said I don't have to go anywhere and gave me a kettle and tea. Budget room, but plenty of space. Few minutes to Christmas market.
Room was more spacious than I had expected. It had two single beds, one of which was only used to hold my open suitcase. Adequate working desk and good wi-fi connectivity. Also the room lighting was quite good.
The bathroom was uncomfortably small. I never used the shower because my Munich visit was partially social and included evenings with friends at swim-and-sauna facility. The trash container was simply too small.
The staff at S16 is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. In a city not known for being super-friendly, this is a huge plus for a traveler like myself. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the value and location couldn't be more ideal for transportation and access to food.
The hotel is surrounded by cabaret bars, which is not a big deal to me, but makes for a not completely wholesome nighttime atmosphere. Travelers with children may want to avoid, depending one's own values and cultural experience.
The hotel is nearby the station of Munich. The price quality is good. The matras on the bed was good.
They limit the temperature on the water in the shower. Which I can understand because of energy prices.
I got a single room for one night. It was no-frills and tiny, but most importantly, it was clean, comfortable, quiet, and I felt safe.
I was a little nervous at first walking up and seeing the cabaret right next door. I had reservations about how noisy the other guests would be and the cleanliness of the room. But in the end, my ill-judgement was misplaced, and my stay was good.
The location is very close to the city center. The staff are friendly and helpful.
It was so cold I had to put my coat on the mattress. There were no shampoos or bathing products. The hair dryer was not working. There were no lockers to put anything in so I had to give my bags to the entrance until the check in time, which was very late (3 pm). The area is sketchy. For 50€ per night it’s a disaster.
