Pros +

Location is good but everything else is a disappointment. Stay away and save yourself the disappointment.
The location is hard to beat, a residential, upmarket area in downtown Munich, with plenty of nice restaurants around. The staff is super nice and the breakfast one of the best on our trip. Really love it and my preferred pied a terre in Munich.
Location was excellent as was the service.

Cons -

The management is only concerned about gouging the client for hundreds of extra Euros instead of a good client experience. Rooms are very tired and need of TLC.
Twin beds did not stay together very well. Very warm room, they need air conditioning.
