- Superb
- Hotel was very good value in a good location it was clean and the staff were nice..the room was nice and warm so in January it was very welcome..if I go to Munich again I will stay there .The Coffee was lovely too.
Cons -
- Many hostlers and hotels have free lockers for their guests, but here we needed to rent hourly and was uncomfortable. I had doubt even when exactly I’ll be able to come back and so was not easy.
- Everything was good, just 2 notes; The options for having dinner were very limited. only 3 types of pizza and they were out of Margherita which is the only vegetarian option. We were in 4 in the room and the size could be bigger, the room was suitable for 2 people.
- It was all just fine

The staff were extremely friendly, the location is perfect, and the rooms were clean and warm. From the staff I met, I remember Pedro's name, special thanks for his kindness.
I really liked every thing :)
Closeness to train station and city center (few team stops), lockers
Heating too high, couldn't find a way to turn it down
We liked that the hotel was walkable to the train station.
We didn’t like that the air conditioning that we were told came with the room didn’t work. This forced us to open the windows, which I normally wouldn’t be opposed to since it was an okay temperature to do so, but the noise was unbearable. Not one of us slept well for 2 nights because the options were sweat from heat having less noise or listen to the very loud party crowd and business handlings. We heard it all every hour of what goes on on that street. It was non stop noise! The cleanliness was also disappointing. The shower room smelled like a wet dog. The floors were dirty and there were spiderwebs in the corners. If we wouldn’t have been at the end of our trip and just ready to be done, we likely would have tried to find different accommodations. That said, the stay was not enjoyable. We just put up with it and left. We did let the front desk know as we were leaving and he basically already knew all things like that were issues and just said yeah sorry about that.
Excellent location.A special shout out to Eve from Uganda and Mariel of Spain. Great people. Also, a special shout out to Zie Meister the manager in charge. I did not get his name but was a great guy.
All was good.
Honestly, nothing. This property did not meet even basic expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, safety, or service.
The hotel was run down, with mold in the bathroom, poor cleanliness, and ongoing renovations with construction materials everywhere. There was constant noise at night, people knocking on doors, and we even saw a naked person walking down the hallway the next morning. The front desk service was rude, disorganized, and felt discriminatory during check-in. On our last day, our room door was opened at 7:00 a.m. despite being locked and without requesting housekeeping.
Quite location. Tram stops nearby.
Housekeeping only upon request.
The staff was nice and the service was good. It was overall nice.
There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom shower drain. Additionally, we were disturbed each night by loud noise from other travelers in the hallway, which was quite annoying. The shower also continuously fluctuated in temperature, even when it was not adjusted. We also did not have a fridge or kettle in the room which would be helpful.
Unfortunately, there was nothing good about our stay.
The lobby staff was extremely disrespectful during check-in, even mocking us. There were people making noise, running and shouting in the hallways all night long, with no action taken by the hotel staff. We even encountered naked individuals in the hallways in the morning. The hotel conditions were deplorable and run-down, as well as dirty. Unlike other hotels in the Meininger chain, I recommend staying as far away from this hotel as possible.
I like the room, the room is spacious and have decent amenities. The dining and kitchen (only microwave and hot water) is also nice. The location is pretty close with central station.
The hotel listed laundry and guest kitchen, but it wasn't ready yet. Despite I enjoyed the stay, it would be better to drop the list. It caused misadvertisement.

Breakfast included, close to tram and train. Friendly staff.
Room was quite small for 5 people. Tiny shower. Felt like a hostel with a few noisy neighbours in the hallways. Currently undergoing renovations.
Excellent conditions, breakfast with plenty of options, very friendly and helpful staff! Centrally located, very close to Marienplatz, Karlsplatz, shops, public transport and Lufthansa Express bus station. Would totally recommend!
Location
It was not that sound proof. It was noisy whole night and it was uncomfortable ..Basic things like water bottle
The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable.
Need to get hot water from downstairs.
Location. Near the tram . Affordable. Clean. Nice dining area
Small elevator
Good location, friendly staffs
1. Checked in someone else for my room2. Made mistakes on my nationalityHowever, the staffs were super professional to fix the mistakes.
Very convenient location
Very noisy, and the bunk bed was too short for adults. Suitable for children only.
