Breakfast was great.

Bought the most expensive room with separate bedroom and bunk beds in living room. They gave us a single room with a toilet and shower that shared a sliding door. Everything somebody had to use one the others had to leave the room.

Nice decoration in the rooms and the lobby, comfy beds, the location of the hotel is near the Central train station, bus station, metro, tram and the old city on foot.

The TV was not functioning well, the breakfast was expensive and we did not choose to try it for this reason, the neighborhood seemed a little bit dangerous at night.

The proximity to Muchen HBF.

The 3 sleeper room seemed unfinished. Floor had no carpet, tiling incomplete in the toilet. No decor in the room. The 2 sleeper room smelt of cigarette smoke despite it being a non smoking hotel.

Good location, clean, hospitality was good, breakfast was nice. People on the front desk were helpful.

Room temperature was not satisfactory warm.

It is near the centre. They have free water and fruits which is nice. The staff is helpful.

The room was small and smelled like cigarettes. The room wasn't clean either. There was rubbish on the floor and the sheets smelled like cigarettes to the point it transferred to my clothes. The neighborhood is dodgy.

Staff are fantastic and friendly, but other than that unfortunately it was a very disappointing stay. There were disgusting, splattered stains on the ceiling (Room 543), the shower gel/shampoo dispenser was on the floor of the show and the room smelled very musty. If I'm honest I didn't feel comfortable in the bed because the rest of the room was so unclean.

Only the location was worth it, even that the neighbourhood is not that good.

AC didn’t work, claimed the issue to the staff but they didnt care. It was really cold, December in Munich…The room to small even for two people, and no elevator in the sixth floor

Location was central

No parking at the hotel, noisy courtyard in the early morning, Fire escape scaffolding blocked what view we had to the courtyard.

Location was great, not far to go for all the important things, travel, sightseeing. Room was in a quiet area which suits me perfectly

Location convenient

Check in via iPad , when I needed support to get room card , the person on the reception helped but said it wasn’t their job . No kettle in the room - it’s a basic !No day time curtains .Only one door to close toilet / shower so when one person showers and the second wishes to use the toilet , one needs to keep their door open .
