K+K Hotel am Harras

The staff made our stay exceptional: Hotel emplyee at the front desk & at the bar were especially helpful & went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, to help us find the right places to have dinner, to catch the right transportation, etc - thank u!!!

Just that it was a bit further from city center and didnt offeot recommend to older people

Old interior and room got humid easily from shower. Interior needs remodeling.

The hotel was within walking distance of the all sites we planned to see. Our room had a private terrace where we enjoyed breakfast in the morning and wine in the evening. The breakfast was included with our room and had a great selection.

K&K is consistently a great value. This was my second booking at this property and my second time in Munich. Very helpful staff and English was not a problem at all. Subway station just across the street. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was ready early when we arrived after a long overnight flight. Small rooms, but clean and had everything we needed

No air in the room, we could open the windows, but noisy pedestrian traffic. Also the "large" bed was actually 2 twins rolled together. Not great for spooning, etc.

Located very close to the subway. Good restaurants close.

The parking is a bit scamming as you have to pay extra 20 euros per night and the staff was not welcoming

Value for money is perfect. It is not expensive, location is close to everything and the breakfast and employees at breakfast especially the older lady was super nice.

The rooms are outdated and here and there things broken, they are clean but they can be better a bit more here and there and some towels should be also renewed. But I should not complain as the price was for 3 nights 240 only which is ver low incl breakfast. So I see it as attention points and not negative.

Was lovely and clean, staff were amazing and breakfast was very good quality. Location was also brilliant, nice and central but not too busy.

There was a slight mix up over the beds in the rooms and we had to have our little girl in bed with us on the first night but it was all sorted by the second night.

Very central location easy access to public transport in Munich. Staff very helpful.

Lifts are very slow

The K+K is very close to the U-bahn that connects directly to Marienplatz so it is very convenient. The room is clean and the staff is friendly. I was there on St. Nicklas day, and every door had a chocolate Santa sitting outside it. The small lounge is very nice for a drink in the evening. The breakfast is very good.

On this trip I selected a single Urban traveler room and it was a bit tight with plank flooring. It was on the first floor right at the corner of the building above the entrance so I could hear cars starting and stopping at the intersection as well as people talking as they came and left the hotel. In the past, I've booked the comfort room size and it has space for a chair and is carpeted so was a bit more comfortable.

Found the room very hot making sleeping uncomfortable. No way to reduce the room temperature

Heating didn't work, needed to park on the street, cleaning stuff came into the room in the morning while asleep.

Hotel was very noisy, had to complain to reception about noise, also chamber maids knocking door before 9 in the mornings was very annoying.

Clean, comfortable room, great breakfast and very close to an U-Bahn and S-Bahn station.

We would have liked a double bed as asked during the reservation but were never given the option again upon arrival.

Lovely clean hotel in a great location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were great as was breakfast.

Bar was poorly stocked and not well managed. Bathrooms were very small and shower needed an update.

Near the train station very easy to get into Munich and from the airport. The local small winter Xmas market was right next door. Some really nice independent restaurants nearby, great Italian restaurant and Asian/Chinese noodle place.
