Pros +
- Stayed at the hotel to spend time in Munich and go to Oktoberfest. While it is outside the city center, the proximity to the Pasing train station made getting around incredibly easy.
- Hotel staff, WI-FI, TV were excellent. Location, although relatively far from the center of Munich in Pasing, was very convenient with many nearby services and restaurants available. Good connection by Tram to center of Munich. Price was reasonable.
- The complimentary breakfast is great - both hot and cold selections. The staff is cordial and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located close to a tram stop. Free parking is available on the side street so you can avoid the fee for the garage.
Cons -
- Needs better ventilation or a fan, especially for first floor rooms where opening the window means everyone can see right in.
- Bathroom was somewhat cramped. No air conditioning, although fans were available.
- It takes 19 stops on the tram to reach the city center. You pay extra for the internet, and then can only use it in the lobby which becomes quite crowded. At peak time, the internet was so slow I gave up.

Local,small, personal, clean, friendly and a good value. It also included a nice buffet breakfast. Good location, close to bus and shopping, etc. We would stay there again and recommend it.
No English TV except CNN, but seems to be the norm in Europe except for AmericanHotels.
