the location is fantastic; everything on our list was within a 5 to 6 minute walk from our hotel. Even the landscaping in the hotel common areas is beautiful!

The hotel is perfectly located just a block from Marienplatz, two metro stops from the main train station and on the metro line that takes you directly into the airport. You can easily walk to everything in the old city: restaurants, churches, shopping, and outdoor markets. The single room was quite small, but sufficient if you just need a place to sleep. Very clean. Very good breakfast.

Staff experience on arrival. As every year, helpful, informative and cooperative. Location excellent and close to Marienplatz - for enjoying restaurants & famous sights. Munich is a beautiful place to visit.

Fantastic stay, centrally located very closed to Town Hall. Minutes walk to the station. There’s a supermarket right across from the hotel. Friendly staff and great breakfast. The decor and furniture of the room is very dated but that adds charm and character to the hotel.

Room was quite small, but had a table for laptopLocated at the very center, very convenient, and close so U-bahn and S-bahn. Which is all you need.Breakfast was good, I would have appreciated if they had bacon with the omlet.

FIRST - Cockroaches!!!!One (huge one) have up to my foot during breakfast. it was huge 3cm long and 1cm wide. I found it amusing and even doubted the giant bug is actually a cockroach.However, when I got home I realized, that cockroaches might have found a way to my luggage and backpack, I have found 2 of them the next day after return. Who knows if they were the only 2..SECOND - the Smell!!!I do not like detergent smell and try to avoid detergent isles in supermarkets if I do not need anything from there, but in the hotel the detergent sell was taken to the whole next level and it was AWFULL in the hallways, I would have hold my breath for those 20 steps from my door to the stairway.

The location was amazing. We could walk to everything. The breakfast had such a variety and was such a great value.

I didn’t like that there were two twin beds pushed together. I didn’t like that they didn’t have complementary water in the room.

Small room with a single bed. It was uncomfortable as I could not turn or stretch much. Bathroom extremely small as well. I keep hitting my elbows, knees, arms on everything:(

This was an excellent location for my first time visit to Munich. The staff were helpful, kind, and everything overall was really positive for me. Additionally the breakfast, and quality of food on offer were excellent.

The breakfast is the best part. Charming dining room. Good food. Nice service.

I find the rooms quite grim. All the melamine built ins. Totally without charm.

Great to be downtown at night. Also, great restaurant connected to it next door. Served food until midnight. Night host was friendly and helpful.

This is minor, but my room's window just looked out into an interior wall.

In middle of old Munich. Loads of dining options and shopping. Hofbrau and Glockenspiel 100 yds away.

The breakfast was wonderful. All very nice.

I had no light next to my bed to read. We told the front desk about it immediately. It was the entire outlet for that side of the room that didn’t work. A man came to look at it. No one offered us any change of room, any extension cord for a light, any adjustment in room charge; no one ever reported back to us that they were working on it or were concerned about the problem. Having a light next to your bed in a hotel room is the most basic of all necessities!I mentioned this problem upon checking out and was told we should have mentioned it right away. We said that we did

Room faced street and was a little noisy.

Very central location to the Christmas markets, though unfortunately that’s also its downside. We had two rooms: one at the rear of the building, which was very quiet and not over the main road, and another facing the main road, which was extremely noisy at night. The rooms were very warm, so we needed to keep the windows open for fresh air, but the noise made it difficult to sleep.

Room was ridiculously small. Smallest room we had in Europe. Suitable for one person with luggage, but for two people this room with luggage, was not a joke.

The location is great, the customer service pretty good. The rooms have everything that is needed.

The room size is a bit small. The carpet in my room the first day was dirty.
