Great location close to public transportation, shops, restaurants. The staff were friendly & accommodating. We requested for supplies in our room and it was quickly provided. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Offered cold and refreshing water.

Requested cleaning in room but only minimal done. Very small. No fridge. Light from bathroom lights up whole room.

It was clean and conveniently located.

Beds were horribly uncomfortable. It was like sleeping directly on box springs. You could feel the springs no matter which position you slept in.

The only complaint was the pillow size, one is huge like the back of a couch and the other is small.

The floors are not carpet which is great if you are allergic to dust. The cleanliness of the room was one of the best I¿d seen in my trip. Overall I was very pleased with the staff, the location, and overall value for the price.

The thematic interior design lends to its fun vibe. Not a cookie cutter hotel. Very convenient to Hauptbahnhof station and Oktoberfest. I was in a cozy room excellent use of space so you do not feel like small room.

The room was too small, but very nice and clean. Location was central and perfect, 5 min walk to the main square.we didn't have breakfast included, but the water and the fruit was available all day.

Overall, the stay was comfortable, especially for families. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious and comfortable, and worked well for our family.Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of food. The only downside was that there was no bottled water available only a water dispenser.The location was not ideal compared to the city center. It was not as convenient as areas closer to downtown Munich.

One issue with the room was the lighting system. The lights were controlled by only one main switch, and the bathroom and toilet lights were operated by sensors. Unfortunately, the lights kept turning off automatically, which was quite uncomfortable, especially when taking a shower in the dark.

The staff, food, rooms were great. There were a lot of guests but the hotel was so quiet. such a nice experience.

The shower kept overflowing. the basin was very shallow. We also didn't like that we had to leave!
