I am giving the lowest score due to the extremely rude approach of the receptionist upon my arrival. Her name, as shown on her badge, was Clarissa.After I informed her that I had a booking, her first response was: “Can you tell a full sentence!!!” — delivered with very unpleasant facial expressions and dismissive body language. Her tone and attitude were inappropriate and quite upsetting.As a frequent traveller, I have rarely experienced such unprofessional behaviour at a hotel reception. Unfortunately, this has significantly affected my impression of the hotel, and I therefore have to give it my lowest rating.

It is clean, well organized, location is close to central station and the staff are friendly and respectful.

In a four-star hotel, they don’t even provide water, just so they can later sell you a bottle for 7 euros. And there isn’t even a minibar in the room. What can you even say about that?

Spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable room. Super close to the main train station (5 min walk) and yet incredibly quiet overnight. Very reasonable price - we were very pleased with this hotel.

The area itself near the train station isn’t the nicest part of town- but we chose it for convenience (and always felt safe).

Room Size, Cleanliness, Staff, Breakfast. Room was spacious, squeaky clean (entire hotel is sparkling clean). Good sized bathroom. Beautiful breakfast with fresh fruit, and tasteful presentation. Good coffee. Location 5 minutes walk from Munich HBF & tram line. Easy access to downtown. Beds were super comfortable. Very friendly reception (different shifts). The extra bed (albeit an extra charge) was big and comfortable -

I enjoyed my stay, no complaints tbh

- Very central an nice area with a lot of restaurants, bars, shops around open until late evening/night- Clean rooms, friendly personnel- 5mins from the München main ststion (walking)

Everything is good

Very bad that staff wanted additional cost for second kid, its a first time that I booked for 3 person and we go with 4 and no any hotel wanted additional cost, only for breakfast I paid, but not for bed from me they wanted to pay 50euro per day

I like that its close to the metro but most especially the staff from reception even the housekeeper when you see them at the hallway, everyone was warm and welcoming. Thats really give an impact to every stay we had.

Only the pillow, its torn already. You can feel the bed also thats it needs to be replaced and did already its purpose too long.

Everything, from the time we checked in till the time we checked out. Staff is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are exceptionally big and spacious, extremely clean, daily housekeeping, close to everything l. Lots of restaurants and bars around at the same time very peaceful. If we visit Munich again, we are definitely staying here. Highly highly recommend, would give it 20 on 10 if we could.

"Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended!""I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. One of its best features is the prime location; it is surrounded by various services and restaurants. It is also incredibly convenient for transportation, being just a short walk from the Hauptbahnhof station, providing easy access to the S-Bahn, U-Bahn, buses, and trams.The facilities were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax.

Nice hotel near the main station and within a 15–20 minute walk from the old town. I stayed in a single room; it was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for one person. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean, and the towels fresh, the room warm — everything was great. Breakfast was good, with a limited but tasty selection. Definitely worth the price. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Convenient location to train station and major Munich attractions. Comfortable bed and room. Spacious bathroom with great shower. Blinds make the room nice and dark. Staff were friendly and we were able to check in early which was a lovely surprise after a very early day. Able to leave our bags safely at reception on day of checkout. Plus 12pm check out!! So good!

No door to bathroom but as a couple it was fine. Some marks on the bedding covers. Only 1 pillow and was quite lumpy.

No proper air conditioning, only ventilation instead of AC, for fresh air needed to open windows - impossible to sleep at night cause of sirens, never ending cars…
