Boutique Hotel Krone München

Hotel Krone is about a 16-minute walk from the Munich train station. My room on the first floor was gorgeous. I loved the wallpaper feature wall behind the bed and the room's decor. It didn't feel like a sterile hotel room, it was charming and comfortable. The writing desk came in handy. And there was a large window that allowed in natural light (the blockout blinds on each window stopped any light from coming in). I liked the choice of lighting in the bathroom. Great shower and lovely selection of toiletries. The hotel is located in a neighbourhood with plenty of quality restaurants nearby. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this boutique hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations. The Paradise Bar in the hotel lobby looked amazing, but I didn't have time to try. Next time!

Breakfast offered the ideal variety of foods to start off an active day in Munich. The staff could not have been more welcoming, helpful, easy top talk with. The hotel is a one-of-a-kind place with lots of character. Extremely comfortable I will stay here again on my next visit to Munich.

Nothing could have been improved.

The hotel was charming, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. We were there before Christmas and had a view of the Tollwood festival from our window. The location was great - just a short walk to the underground and a little bit longer to the S bahn. Breakfast each day was delicious.

The hotel was quaint. The attached bar was nice. It was located close to many venues and an U-Bahn station.

This is one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed at. Location was great, breakfasts were excellent. Staff was superb. It's a lovely building, and impeccably taken care of. We loved it!

Helpful staff and generous size of the room as well as modern bathroom.

Carpet in the room is stained in places - prefer wooden flooring. Deco and window coverings were quite dated in my room and could do with refreshing. The sofa and sofa cushions could be updated.

Fantastic location! It is about 30 min walk from old town, however it is a clean, quiet and very well served area. The hotel itself is super nice, clean and trendy. The room was beautiful and welcoming. The hotel accepts dogs and is in front of a beautiful large park.

Location. Location. Location. It was right across the street from Oktoberfest. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was fine even thought the layout was a bit chaotic.

The bar was small but super loud. We could not hang out there.

The staff were very accommodating, and the rooms were great. We added on the breakfast and it was delicious. It was conveniently located to a metro stop.

Breakfast at the hotel was tasty and fresh.. beautiful breads and meats with cheese and a good coffee machine and cake and pastries to boot. So all good

What was good, room size ( but I paid for that), bathroom was nice. Location was good , first guy on the desk was very good

Not so good, Quality of your towels, they were almost thread bear, they need to be replaced, Your heating needs to be improved, the room was large ceiling high and your heating was not good enough esp in winter. When we went to leave at 7.15 am there was no staff on the reception desk, he arrived about 5 mins as I was leaving a note.

Great property! Room was lovely although quite small and limited space for suitcases (we were travelling for over a month so were travelling quite luggage heavy!). Bathroom is beautiful! Clean and new and fresh and warm. Staff were lovely and helpful and breakfast was adequate for the price charged.

There was a function in the bar on our first night. It was soooo loud we couldn’t sleep until almost midnight. We were so tired from travelling all day and desperately needed sleep, the party was clearly a lot of fun and I don’t deny them that enjoyment but I don’t feel that it should have impacted us as paying guests of the hotel. Other nights were fine, no more parties.

Tastefully decorated with a boutique flair. Very clean, great bathroom and shower, and comfortable enough. Good value for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location in a residential area and easy walk to the train and bus station. Several grocery stores around. They kindly gave me a room even though I arrived at the hotel quite early because an early flight arrival.
