It would be better if the room cleaning will be more often.

The room was comfortable and clean. Most staff were friendly and helpful.Our room had a small kitchenette with stove, microwave and fridge, so we could cook for ourselves.Has laundry facilities on site for a small cost.

One staff member was not very helpful.A bit of a walk from the station, which was interesting to walk to with luggage when it was snowing. No restaurants, bakery nor supermarket close by, had to take the U-bahn to get to them.

Close to a train station for the U-bahn. Easy to access.Nice park behind the property.

There was a lot of dust under the bed, and some cobwebs in the room.The internet did not work at all during my 13 day stay.Bedroom heating was mediocre.

The fold-out bed couldn't be converted into a sofa, we couldn't close the bed, I guess the mechanism must have been broken or damaged, we tried to lift it up but...

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything. The free coffee machine was nice. It's a short walk to a subway. The paid parking was convenient. We had no worry about the rental car.

It was clean and on the main floor. Very efficient.

The room smelled like someone was smoking, and it certainly was not us. It’s supposed to be a smoke free building. Breakfast was not included, and if you wanted coffee or tea, you had to bring the white cup from your room.

The price was really good in comparison to other hotels/apartments. The staff was really polite and helpful.

The location isn't great, the city centre is not in a walkable distance. The breakfast is overpriced.

The room is a bit small and the toilet too but I didn’t mind it.There was only one small pan for cooking.T

The apartment was small but well equipped, modern and clean. The kitchen had everything I needed and the Wi-Fi worked well for remote work. Location was convenient and the manager I spoke with at the end was polite and tried to help.

The check-in process was confusing and long (around 40 minutes) even though the stay was prepaid. A €200–€250 deposit was required and only accepted on a credit card, which wasn’t clearly stated on Booking — with a debit card the refund takes up to 3 weeks. Cleaning is not included (only once a week and not flexible) and staff were sometimes unfriendly when asked for help. The room photos are a bit misleading: the “sofa” is actually the fold-away bed. Overall, too many hidden extras for a 3-star apart-hotel.

An apartment had everything for cooking, the beds were prepared on time. Coffee machine was in the room, but you could also have coffee/hot chocolate/water with no charge on the ground floor.You could also ask for anything missing (if), like towels, etc

the location and that it has a parking lot right at the premises which is underground. it's already somethign difficult to find. the breakfast was very good.

Having a kitchen. I think in Germany it makes sense to choose rooms with kitchens, that way you could at least save money on breakfast, because essentially in a bakery you'd end up buying same fried eggs with bread and groceries prices here just can not be compared with prices of eating out. You'll quickly notice, that a breakfast costs around 15-20 euros, so having a kitchen definitely can save some cash.

The locations is generally good, it's on U-Bahn, next to Olympiapark. It's not city center though, so make sure if you are planning to use the subway to get some type of day tickets, especially in summer, because you'd want to use it. Walking in 30 degrees of Munich heat is not that appealing.

The apartment is close to a u-bahn station that easily got us anywhere we wanted. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. The staff was helpful and friendly.Free coffee in the morning, big plus.

There are railway tracks very close to the hotel, you can't sleep with the window open. Luckily for us, the temperature was okay with the window closed.The place could use some refurbishing, as the bathroom and the kitchen has rather used furniture. Also, cleaning is not perfect, there was some dust when we arrived, dead insects in the bathroom and spider web on the external part of the windows.

Clean and comfortable rooms and a shop for some food and drink essentials. We did not try the breakfast, but it looked good. Equally the free coffee machine was a nice touch.

On occasions the single member of staff was clear under a lot of pressure and was a little short with us. Equally, while there are laundry facilities, when we asked for a fresh set of towels, we were met with a displeased face then they said bluntly ‘no towels’ – not god considering we were there for nine nights.

space / family room. Great location, near Ubahn. Easy access everywhere. Friendly staff, good communication and helpful. Clean comfy beds, easy acces to the car park (16€ per night). Blackout curtains.

The room, furniture, and some equipment showed signs of heavy use, and certain parts might benefit from being renovated or updated. Railroad tracks near, minor noise. You can close the window easily.

I got my room early—around 1 PM—with no hassle at the check-in counter. The room was spotless, the bathroom was modern, with hot water, fresh towels, and everything felt brand new. The bed was super comfortable, and the room had great utilities, including a microwave and clean dishes The location is very convenient—just a short walk to the metro station, very close to Olympic Park, and not too far from the city center. The service was excellent—polite, helpful, and flexible. I even stayed an hour past checkout, and they were totally okay with it—no pressure at all.
