Lovely welcome at reception and easy suitcase storage. Very clean and comfortable room. The location was great. Free tea and coffee was a nice touch. We didn't try breakfast but it looked plentiful.

Noise from the street, but can't be helped. Earplugs sorted us

- Property was close to the main train station - twin room provided - free coffee at any point throughout the day - clean and tidy bedroom - comfy beds - walking distance to main square and attractions

- not a lot but on occasion the staff felt a little abrupt

Someone would say that the area was kinda industrial but it’s okay !

We had two double rooms as traveling 2 parents and 2 kids, and there was an extra door between the room, which made it great as if we had an apartment, kids loved this of course. The italian lady at the reception was super friendly. Grazie mille :) the location is also great, because we aimed at the Pinakothek, which could reach on foot. To the center one can walk or take like 3 tram stop or so.

The staff was amazing! The lobby is very cozy and you can have free coffee and tea there. The rooms were clean and a nice size. It was around 15 minutes by foot to Marienplatz. The location is great. Excellent value for money!

I needed a hotel close to the eye clinic. I chose this one as it is just around the corner and was reasonably priced. My expectations were average. But I was very positively impressed. The hotel is comfortable, well equipped and the staff extremely friendly. It also turned out that it is within a 2 minutes walk to my favourite craft beer bar - Higgins Ale Works!

It was an impecable stay with a great location and it was very comfortable and homely. I’d like to make an especial mention about Sasha at the front desk: she vas extremely generous and warm to us! Without a doubt the best receptionist we’ve had! Nuria was also very friendly and lovely. Excellent experience, we would 100% return.

except the points below, the rest was all good. Appreciate being able to take my dog at breakfast rather than leave her in the room.

Breakfast a bit expensive for the variety offered. room was fine but a bit small, the table/desk available was small

The location was great, the metro was very close, the room was very quiet and we were thankful that the reception was willing to hold our luggage for a few hours after check-out.

Location is perfect - 2 minutes to metro station. There are quite goot restaurants and supermarkets within a walking distance - 10-15 min. Railway and bus stations are on 15 min walking. The rooms are nice, cleaned every day. There is free coffee during the day.

On my oppinion the breakfast is overpriced - 16 EUR./person. But quite many people have It - so It is an individual decision.

Underground just around the corner, not much traffic outside, room was clean

furniture quite used, no water pressure in the shower, receptionist totally unable to handle the job, one night there was a party in the house next to the hotel with house shaking techno beats all night, breakfast standard, window could only be opened a little bit, hard to get fresh air inside

Very kind staff, everything was streamlined.

It was not that bad on its own, but I stayed in five hotels in Germany during my trip to several locations and this was my least favourite stay. The issues: (a) no view from my room, (b) there was one elevator and many people staying, and the room service staff had to use the same elevator, (c) there were no restaurants nearby to eat (although I could take the train to Marienplatz, but nothing very close).

Very stylish hotel, nicely furnished, big bathroom. Good parking and area.

I liked everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very well designed and decorated. Coffe machine and sitting area on ground floor is brilliant. Baggage storage room is securely locked 10+
