Pros +

The staff was extremely helpful, breakfast was amazing and the location was good.
Reasonably nice location and rooms.
Staff at the bar: so nice.

Cons -

The bed was firm by American standards. Also there is a police station just down the road so the sirens can be a bit much at times.
Staff was unresponsive to severe and serious disruptions and fairly unapologetic afterwards.
