B&B Hotel München City-West

Location was good. Did not use any of the facilities.

Parking very limited. Beds ok but not great.

Not much. Maybe the mattress was ok.

There were insects in the bathroom. Soap was not filled. You could not change the water temperature in the shower, the faucet was not working properly. The AC was controlled centrally and made terribly loud noises all day and night. We were not able to sleep because of the noises. The night lamp was broken. The pillows were really bad. Staff was unfriendly. They did not even explain anything at check in. Apparently you have to order room cleaning in advance and choose what to do exactly, which was ok. However they did not make up the room as selected by us a day before.

No coffee facilities in the rooms that I was in .. we couple but given to us 2 separate beds which not reasonable

Comfy beds and clean bathroom.Breakfast was good.The breakfast personally was very nice and ready to help.

The receptionist was a very strange man who didn’t seem interested in what he was doing. Barely welcomed us and seemed annoyed by the questions we asked him.That’s the first impression of the hotel !For that - points

The place had great mass transportation coverage, next to a metro station (U-bahn). The place was clean and the staff very helpful. They let us check in earlier than noted on the up, which was great for exploring the city without luggage. There was also a Lidl next to the hotel, great and cheap breakfast and also a 24hr gas station that allowed us to buy water and supplies ever later during the night.

I thought since it was a budget hotel, then our room might be cleaned only at the day we check out.however, they supplied us with extra soap when we needed it.

Location; easy access via U4 and U5. There are EDEKA, Lidl and DM just around the corner, also REWE express which 24h opened. Baggage storage before check-in time made us convenient in travel plan. Wifi is good. The triple room is comfortable.

There is no glass or cup even in bathroom. It would be perfect if there is kettle in room.

Uncomfortable beds. No towels unless requested. Room was not made up daily

Unresponsive staff. Door code stopped working at 0100, no staff in hotel, no answer when calling emergency number. No one arrived to let us into our until 0430. No compensation offered other than a free breakfast that we did not want. We stayed in room 413 from September 30 to October 2.

Location - very convenient to the metro system.Clean and comfortable. Our daughter and her boyfriend were with us, and they placed them right across the hall from us. So thoughtful.

The only negative that we could come up with....we wish there had been a small refrigerator in the room.

Tiny size for a 4 person family room, no table space or refrigerator

The property was ve rey clean and the beds/linens were exceptionally comfortable. Great location if going to Oktoberfest, as it’s only 3 stops away but still quiet! Would recommend.

The available room space is very well used to accommodate a family of 4. The hotel is outside the green zone, has its own parking and is near a grocery store.

The room doesn’t have a safety locker and the Ac wasn’t working properly. Also when I asked for an iron the whole hotel didn’t have any

Only one staff member for the entire hotel. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator and microwave.

Basic, functional room to sleep. It was clean. Easy 2 min walk to the train station.

No cups, no kettle.

The location is great, DM and supermarkets are around the corner. MRT is only few mins walk distance

They only supply the towels and shower gel, the toilet paper only has 1/3 roll for two days

The room was very clean, the personell was courteous, a breakfast buffet with love, easy access by elevator and a keyless key for the room, every day fresh towels

B&B had difficulties to deliver all the breakfast items, like butter. Maybe due to the construction trade fair they got out of stock (supply chain planning?)

Just like any B&B hotels Thin walls you can hear everything But over allGood staff, clean rooms, ok location
