Pros +
- Great value hotel near the Olympiapark. Clean, modern, functional.
- Hotel is nice and staff is rude
- The receptionist was very kind and understood our particular needs. She went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. She is very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and gave us useful indications All the staff was correct and polite.
Cons -
- Location is not the best, but you can manage easily with the public transport. Staff is rude, I had a very long day and most restaurants were closed so I bought fast food to eat it in the lobby. I ordered a beer to the barman, Pablo, he gave it to me and waited the moment I started eating to kick me from the bar saying no outside food was allowed. I had to drink my beer fast so I could go to my hotel room to eat.

- staff at the bar was talking to the check-in lady and not really looking for orders around the bar

We found this to be a very good hotel with very tidy, clean room and very satisfactory breakfast. Our only problem was that with two persons in the room space was at a bit of a premium, also power plugs were scarce. Good transport links close to the hotel and a very good area for walks across the Olympic park.
Space was tight fro two people; no real wardrobes, just hanging points.
Very clean and excellent beds.Very good breakfast and staff.
Missing, shower caps and NO art in the bedrooms. No security in the lifts to the bedrooms.
The design of the hotel is great. The staff were fantastic. Best thing is they also allow pets. It looks so cute and comfy to have your pets with you.
The room itself is a bit basic. There is no fridge, no water. When I checked in, the staff did not give the water either. The breakfast to me is boring.
Really nice receptionists, location was great and the rooms were clean. I liked that you could also choose not to have the room cleaned daily, but towels could be replaced daily. On street parking costs EUR 11 per day, with Sundays free. Use of app for parking was very convenient.
Cost of the bicycles to rent was too much. It is far cheaper to use public transport or an app for an electric scooter or even bike (lime)
Good location. Clean. Comfortable bed.
Great location, good breakfast variety, quiet, friendly and accommodating staff.
Rooms are small and a bit dated for Motel One standards. The Mattresses were very worn out and soft.
Close to public transportation, groceries, and restaurants.
The rooms below us had patios where there was smoking.
Next to the hotel there are 2 supermarkets Rewe and Edeka. This is very convenient for me.

The fish on the tv, blue sweets, safe parking
A nice, comfortable and clean hotel. Our room was a little small, but cosy and nicely furnished. Staff were friendly and happy to help
Would have been nice to have a restaurant or more options than the bar snacks
The location was fantastic—convenient access to the tram made getting around easy. We stayed here to attend a concert at Olympia Hall, and the walk through the park to the venue was both easy and scenic. The room was comfortable for our short stay, and we especially enjoyed the lively atmosphere at the hotel bar in the evenings. The outdoor seating was a great spot to relax with a nice Weiss beer!
It was nice and simple motel. It was very comfy and relaxing. Breakfast was good and location of the motel is perfect.
TV didn't had any good channels
Good value, good location for our purpose.
Parking a bit tricky; At the reception you have to exchange the parking card you receive when entering the parking lot, in order to get an "exit" card. If you come and go 10 times a day then it's a bit annoying to have to stand in line at the reception every time you want to exchange entry/exit cards.

Nice for a one night business stay. Easy to reach. Grocery market just opposite.
Room was on the smaller side.
