Motel One München-Messe

Good location for messe fair event. in the mall, right above the train station. the room was clean, and the design was lovely. service was polite but a bit on the cold attitude. breakfast was OK, but with minimum vegetables, no fish and not so good coffee. a bit more salads and it will be much better.

The Room was small. no closets. not anything for tee or coffee or water. where are the kettle and glasses?? instead of three kinds of products in the bathroom (body soap, shampoo, and conditioner) there was one soap for all with a lemon smell like dishwasher smell.

Location was great... out of the city but very easily accessible with U bhan right outside the hotel.. 20 mins max to centre and an easy journey. Supermarket and restaurants close by. Only downside..no fridge in room

Did not have the breakfast. The location was excellent for using public transportation to get to other sites.

Rooms are super small, no refrigerator in room. Price of rooms were too high for what you got, I'm sure this was because of Octoberfest.

Hard to find our room. Hotel is larger than we thought and hard to get around.

Bathroom tap did not stop running in the middle of the nite but In was offered another room . Would have been nice if staff realises that the stay was in my birthday

Very far from the center, not best clean rooms. Most important thing there was no water or mini bar in the room.

Location was great. The lounge was also very nice.

The beds are very firm. But I understand that that is personal preference

The location was very good, right near the train station, literally out the door and across the courtyard.

Finding the parking was difficult and we ended up parking on the wrong floor which meant the floor which the left doesn't go all the way down to, so we ended up hauling all our luggage up internal flights of stairs just to get to reception, not that much fun late at night. Very small room, too small for 2 adults with luggage.

Simple clean rooms with quirky communal areas making it feel friendly and welcoming.

Location on the booking.com map is inaccurate. It’s on the other side of the square. No desk or working space in the room with limited number of sockets.

I was recently in Munchen for Oktoberfest and stayed here. My international power converter shorted out and tripped the breaker for my room. Yen from the front desk was so gracious. She not only reassigned me to a new room (twice!) so I could have power, she lent me a power converter from the front desk for the rest of my stay. Yen was so professional and made my stay effortless. She is an asset to your hotel.

The staff were amazing and helpful. Right next door to a huge shopping centre with a lot of restaurants so if you don’t feel like heading into the city for dinner there are plenty of options. Bathroom was lovely, nice big shower. Shared courtyard is always a lovely place to sit outside and relax. Nice and quiet area.

The room was a little small but very manageable. Location was a little bit out for the city but easily fixed as it is essentially on top of a train station with trains running every 10 minutes.

Nice and modern hotel with many rooms. The breakfast is tasty, with good coffee and plenty of choice, but it’s a cold buffet.

The hotel is in a great location, albeit not central Munich but had excellent travel connections, the underground is literally outside and also a few bus stops which was very helpful.Hotel is in perhaps more an industrial / commercial area. There is a huge shopping mall next to the hotel with lots of restaurants. There is also an Aldi supermarket in the same building as the hotel. Hotel had a modern feel and was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.

As we were staying here to go to Oktoberfest the room in my opinion was not worth what we paid for it but I understand its all about supply & demand and events such as this push up the prices. The room was very compact maybe one of the smallest I have stayed in. There were no tea/coffee facilities in room and no glasses, only paper cups in the bathroom. The table beside the bed was tiny, a phone and a bottle of water and that was about all I could fit on it. The hotel also doesnt serve meals (only breakfast) which isn't a huge deal breaker as there are plenty restaurants open until around 10pm within a 30 second walk.We didn't book breakfast with the room but did have breakfast one of the mornings. It was a continental breakfast served in the bar area. Mainly cold food, bread, cereal, meats, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, boiled eggs. We paid around EUR 35 for 2 breakfasts which I thought was very expensive for what we had!

Staff were warm and helpful. Wifi was perfect. Bar is open 7/24 and you can get coctails and coffees anytime.

Hotel is not close to city center but you can reach metro station in a few minutes. Because of oktoberfest price level was a little bit high for avarege

Hotel is very convenient in terms of shops, coffee shops and restaurants. Staff is extremely friendly. Very nice bar/restaurant/recreation area. Close to U-Bahn, very convenient. Cleaning staff very good, and friendly.
