I couldn't stay at the property, it was very dirtyI didn't sleep, the night I was there and had to leave very early in the morning.Canceled.Please refund me for the nights I didn't spend at the property

Very Dirty bathroomToilet not flushing, bath area water not going down, no cup for brushing

We were three work colleagues travelling together and were provided with a large room with single beds for each of us

The coded night entrance door and the coded room locks.

It was dirty.

Very disappointed in the hotel considering the price we paid

The hotel was in an industrial estate with no amenities near by. The price was three times more expensive than usual due to a nearby concert. Reception and communal areas were poor.

Bad

Dirty, no service, no breakfast, no cleaning maid.

room was cleanstaff was nicegood parking available.

it was warm summer, and no fan was in the room, too hot int the room, not got confort sleep.

The beddings and towels were white and clean so that was nice. We wanted Pizza for lunch, it's literally a 5 minute walk so it's super convenient.I also liked that they put the Balea liquid soap to bath with, I don't like the small soap tabs.I ordered Chinese food, tasted really good ??

The toilets were stinking and there's no AC, in Summer that's not the best environment to be in.Also the rooms were not cleaned since we entered neither were the beddings changed from the time we checked in, and we were there 6 days! So it was a bit too dirty for my liking. Also it seemed like the manager was the same person to cook and clean or take out the trash, not sure if it's cos the place is understaffed or it was a form of cost cutting. Either way it still felt awkward.

The bed was comfortable.

Staff unfriendly. Reception and corridors need renovation and ventilation. In the app, it says that parking is included, but you still have to pay for it in the end. Rooms run down. Badly cleaned bathrooms and lots of limescale. I don't recommend it. Especially for that price.

Very close to the Messe, calm neighborhood, staff super kind, breakfast was complete

No shampoo, the floor was a bit dirty

Huge rooms, clean beds, so great for the price

The shower was a bit dirty along the outside edge

Disappointing

..........Was dirty between the beds, toilet doesn't flush well , chipper hygiene products , TV was having just 3 channels and boring too, from the metrois to far andihad to crossover a dark publicgarden, to much money for this room,

Location was ok.

On-line it indicates that breakfast is included but in reality it is not. We went down at 7:30 and nobody was there. I sent an email the night before because you need to make reservations 24 hrs before. They came down at 8:30 as we were leaving and mentioned that breakfast was not included. The on-line information is misleading, breakfast is NOT included, it should be clear ! The room was also very cold, we were not able to put on the heat and nobody was available downstairs.

Sadly, there was nothing I liked about this hotel

Very very basic, loads of vending machines but not a pleasant experience at all for me. The room was clean but no facilities. The TV didnt work and I had to fix it. The bathroom was basic and just not to a good standard.

Spacious rooms, good internet connection, clean sheets/towels, water and snacks. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
