Worst experience ever

Absolutely worst hotel with no facilities at all. Washroom water is coming out until the bed and heater is not proper and no facilities what so ever

It was across the street from the subway.

I had to wipe down all the surfaces on everything in closing the light switches and especially the bathroom. It did not have a small refrigerator.

Very good breakfast. Walking distance to several good restaurants and the train station. Staff was helpful.

Very good and welcoming staff.

The sofa beds are uncomfortable, but comparing to other prices around, this hotel is very good. Especially if you have any appointment to the Schön Klinik it is fantastic location. Even if you want to go in the center the metro is next to it.

breakfast was good

receptionist was awful. No or very little spoken English. We asked for missing blankets and sheets and he was very harsh with us. No way!

The rooms were clean and they were cleaned everyday. Had good facilities.

The pillows were way too soft and my neck hurt.The matress was unstable.

Excellent location near the U-Bahn and trams. Easily reached by car.

There is no coffee, tea or water in the room.

My television malfunctioned; the staff refused to unplug it, and it remained on and making noise for quite some time.

the staff at the lobby was also the location is good enough however, the hotel was too old and it was not clean enough. At the same time, the pillows were the worst and the most uncomfortable pillows ever. Most probably I won’t prefer staying again.

Loved the historic building. Lots of history there. Great value and good breakfast. Friendly staff

Everything was very good.

Football stadium or Hotel ?

We took a hotel for a night, unfortunately we did not check the location carefully, for those who care, the hotel is not close to the field in Munich, in addition, the hotel is adjacent to a football stadium and that day, there was an important game for the locals, therefore, the noise, the chaos of the fans, did not allow us to rest and sleep properly. Take this into account

Hotel was well maintained, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. The option to pay for breakfast was also well worth it, and it was nice to be able to pay day by day to decide if we wanted hotel breakfast each day or not.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and the shower did not have a fully closing door (only a half pane of glass). Other than that, the accommodations were great.

Very small room, it was comfy, but felt a little stuffy.

Initially it was offered for a lower amount, but my booking got declined and the same room was available again for the higher price right away. I had no choice and had to book it anyway, but that didn't leave a good impression.

It was warm only because of a heater.

Very small space and showers leak water everywhere every time someone showers. Staff were rude and not helpful. Not enough blankets or pillows. Bed was only half made up and when we asked reception for more bedding we were told they didn’t have any more.

Clean, straight, well located for Messe access.

Room a bit small, but still cosy. A coffee machine woukd be nice in the room.

Helpful staff, spotless fresh and well equipped rooms, convenient location for our purposes.

weird one wall shower

It was very clean when we arrived and it was close to the train station which was helpful. The breakfast was a great addition as well. The gym facilities were also a wonderful bonus for our stay. The staff were extremely helpful in the checking in and out process.

The shower would go everywhere as the shower screen was nearly non existent. The TV was only local channels and there was no mini fridge or kettle. Very small things that weren’t ideal.
