The hotel was centrally located.

It would be nice to have tea or coffee available through the day.

The breakfast was nice and the location was great!

The rooms were very small for our family, the bathroom door couldn’t open all the way because of the toilet. Also, the shower was much smaller than is comfortable.

It’s what they advertise. Great location and priced well for area . Great staff clean and comfortable . Decent breakfast . Small lobby small rooms. No frills decoration.

Everything was great. Decoration in the hallways and a colorful picture on the bedroom wall would do wonders but not necessary. Bed and bath clean and comfortable. Staff wonderful.

Great location and an excellent buffet breakfast. The front desk staff were helpful and welcoming.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and the bed, pillows, and blankets were clearly unclean and uncomfortable. Worse, after just one night, I suffered severe bed bug bites, resulting in painful, itchy rashes all over my arms and back. This is completely unacceptable and falls far below any reasonable standard of hygiene and comfort. It was an extremely unpleasant experience.

Location was good with many shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel served a very nice breakfast. The room was a little small for 3 people but we managed. The staff was very nice and helpful. So nice being near the Viktualienmarkt.

Fantastic location, warm & welcoming staff, clean hotel!

The hotel is in a great location so I could easily walk to all the attractions. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is good. The room is pretty basic - but I expected that. So it's not somewhere you want to hang out in for a long time.

I had a bit of a challenge finding the place at first. Google Maps didn't seem to send me to the right location.

Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Room was not huge but large enough. Nice shower pressure. Breakfast was really good, lots of choices.

. Only downfall was people coming in in the middle of the night and banging door. Then it sounded like garbage cans being emptied

The room was quite small, but probably normal by European standards. The breakfast was good but I have allergies and would have appreciated things being labeled.

Perfect location close to Munich old town and bier garten. Good breakfast in the morning.

Excellent location, literally around the corner from the market. Within walking distance of all the major sights in Munich. Our room was very comfortable for the four of us. Bathroom is a bit small, but clean and bright. Breakfast was excellent and a great way to start our day.

Excellent location—within walking distance of all major tourist attractions. Surrounded by numerous restaurants catering to all dietary preferences. Clean and comfortable room, with friendly reception staff and attentive restaurant servers. Delicious breakfast to start the day right.

The location is very good, and the breakfast is superb. Appreciated the layout of the room and the shower. A free big bottle of sparkling water every day! Quiet location (except guests in the hallways, a sign asks them to shush). Lots of shelf space. The staff is personable

Wi-Fi flickered on and off in the evening. No coffee in the room, though breakfast opens early at 7 am. No fridge.

GREAT LOCATION...very easy to walk to all the places you would want to visit in Munich. The breakfast was also a great addition and wonderful way to start the day. Very helpful and friendly staff.

No air conditioning, which is to be expected in Europe however with the windows cracked open we could hear the going ons outside which was a little loud when trying to sleep.

I liked the breakfast that was offered and the ability to check in a little early, since the room was ready. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room.

This is not a fancy hotel so the carpeting in the hall is a little dirty and worn and there is not much of a lobby. Although, none of this really matters to much to me, since the room was very clean and it was a good price in a great location.
