Perfect location near to the center, clean, quiet, well equipped hotel. Wonderful breakfast with so many options, always fresh and tasty. Polite and kind staff, especially Jaime who works at the reception, a very kind, professional, helpful person. Everything was 10/10

The shower area I felt it was slippery so a bit dangerous. I agree with other reviews there wasn’t much of the sweet breakfast but I didn’t find it a problem since I liked the other variety of breakfast more. The lacation could have been better, as it is situated in a very multi etnic place making the place in my opinion a bit dangerous, was approached by some lady asking me money, but nothing too serious. I would recommend it for just one day not for families or many days more like for a bachelor.

There was noise coming from outside so was the light to because there are only curtains not as big as the window.The street is dangerous. Be carefull.

The people are the face of this property who are adequately trained who serve their guests to the maximum. Very happy with the service and the breakfast was enjoyable. Want to stay again at Hotel Italia. Keep it up….

Ideal location to haubahnhof and city centre, polite staff,good size room for the price,excellent shower and good selection for the continental breakfast.

Could do with a fixed headboard and pillows kept falling down back of the bed

It was perfect for what we needed. It was a little noisy from other guests but comfortable and clean.

We like absolutely everything: reception and breakfast staff are very friendly, room was clean and tidy (big enough), breakfast amazing!!

The only issue was that it’s very noisy between rooms, I mean you can hear what’s happening on corridor, but during the night there’s no problem

Everything was amazing, location is great (close to the main station), the rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was very good (a lot of sweet and savory options).

The hotel is located in a dodgy street with dodgy clubs playing music loud during the night . If you are a lightsleeper, it is better if you choose somewhere else. The hotel is way overpriced for what they offer. The room had old and tired furniture, and the sheets smelled like vinegar. The room itself gave us a dirty vibe.I booked a double room, and we got a twin room with a bed bunk (limiting even more the small space in it)Breakfast was OK,however, the guy at breakfast was rude and constantly staring at people. I won't come back!

The hotel had a good value for the money spent. The location was practical and near the main attractions. The staff was nice. The facilities were a little bit outdated.

Proximity to central train station

Room looked like it was just quickly turned over and not actually cleaned. Visibly dirty in the bathroom and you can see dust and dirt build up through out the room. It’s also located directly next to a strip club so it is extremely loud at night and we also saw 2 fist fights directly outside the hotel.

Has a lift. Rooms are adequate for the price but nothing extra or fancy but I didn’t expect that for the price. Breakfast suited us well. Nice but not extensive variety of options - breads, cheeses, cold meats, yogurt (and toppings), cereals, some fruits, some hot food (but limited so if that’s your thing then you’ll be disappointed). Our room was on 6th floor and quiet. Easy walking distance to central station and tram, public transport and Lufthansa airport bus stop. Can walk to historic parts of town if you don’t mind a longer walk or prefer not to use public transport. Lots of Middle Eastern shops surrounding so yummy food and snacks.

I discovered I was double charged after I left. Hotel said I made two identical booking on different sites and didn’t offer a refund, inferring it was my fault. One booking was through a site I never use so I knew something was up. So then I had to go through a process with booking.com to get a refund. I found that disappointing. So look out and always asking for the paper receipt with hotel letterhead.
