- Staff were friendly
- Perfect stuff!
- We spent a very nice weekend in this boutique hotel.Everything was perfect!Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The property is also well connected to the city centre with public transport. Polite and professional staff in all departments.
Cons -
- Parking was a challenge.
- Unfortunately, my room looked nothing like the photos I saw when booking. It was an attic room with slanted ceilings, and even at 165 cm, I couldn't stand up straight. Considering my husband is 194 cm and my son is 180 cm, it was incredibly uncomfortable—we basically had to either sit or lie down the entire time we were in the room.
- Insisting on tip at bar was a bit cheeky. Restaurant is more pricey that normal for slightly better quality.

Very beautiful building, very helpful and supportive staff. The room was warm and the bathroom was really space and convenient.
The room was not so clean and it was quite dark, not enough light.
The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. I was happy to see a face cloth in the bathroom as there were none in previous bathrooms. I would have liked a few more large towels as I washed my hair and needed an extra one to dry my hair. Pillows need to be replaced. They had no fluff. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good and offered a variety of food to choose from. We did not eat in the restaurant as there was a large party that had reserved the entire restaurant. We did eat at the bar. Service was a little slow due to the large party in the restaurant. I would stay here again.
Pillows need replacing. Need four large towels per bathroom. We only had two.
Really helpful and welcoming front of desk and excellent breakfast. Quiet area, slept soundly in a perfectly good room. Good transport links to the city and the airport.
Service at the hotel bar was very slow.
The hotel is very cozy, tastefully decorated, and elegantly designed. The room is also beautiful. The bed is comfortable, and the room is absolutely quiet and spacious. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the hotel. Polite and friendly stuff.
The room felt a bit chilly for me at night; I was cold. It was around 20–21°C, and despite turning the heating to the maximum, it didn’t make a difference.
Great on site parking, lovely hotel bar, breakfast was great
A spa would be a great addition
The property was quaint and well appointed. I the rooms and bathrooms were a good size. I appreciated the interior court yard where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner.
The clerk checked us in and when we went pay he suggested we tap our card which locked us out and created challenge by locking our card, we had to call our bank , frustrated at start of our trip. I suggest training for front house staff.
The hotel is cosy and cute. The receptionists were super helpful, always answering our questions, and helping us with getting cards for the public transport. The food in the restaurant was delicious.
Cozy hotel only 15 minutes away from the center of Munich.
There are no fridges in the rooms.
Good breakfast buffet . Lovely bar area and tasty foodI’m the restaurant.
Area a bit urban. Location of hotel chosen due to a party close by in the golf club.
Delicious breakfast, nice room for family, and we could check in early. We were happy after 8 hours traveling with 2 kids.
Everything was perfect.Good breakfast and large room. The hotel has a private parking outside who was free of charge, inside it cost 15 euros.
Stay was nice and pleasant, rooms in suite were good sized for a family with 2 young children, clean and well presented.Staff was courteous and helped with baggage/cloak room on final day of check-outGood connectivity to central station 8-10min walk and a train and to airport
No AC vents in bedroom meant the reception room was cold / bedroom hotA mini bar for a suite will be recommended as its a family for young children (and can't always go to reception to store baby food/milk etc)Didn't have breakfast due to lack of hot vegetarian options.Couldn't have dinner either as restaurant closes at 9.30pm and ended up coming around then from travel
Breakfast was very nice. Rooms were very clean. Nice restaurant.
Very helpful staff, good breakfast and parking. The hotel is a couple minutes away from the train stop that is connected to the center of Munich. It takes maybe 20 minutes to reach Marienplatz.
Staff were friendly and responsive. Food was good.
No refrigerator in the room. Had to ask for a kettle, iron and ironing board.
Everything was just perfect. The staff was very helpful and kind. Everything was very, very clean. The breakfast was perfect. The location was ideal if you wanted to use public transport. The parking at the hotel was very for family like us!
