Pros +
- Excellent price/quality: For 59 euro I got a (single) decent, clean room with its own toilette/shower. And included a good breakfast-buffet and a parking spot. Metro subway is about 8 minutes from the hotel. München centre is closeby.
- The staff were kind, the location was perfect just a 5 minute drive from the zoo, which was the main goal of our trip.
- It was cozy hotel with free parking and breakfast, comfortable distance from Oktoberfest grounds. If you want to see full review, check my YouTube channel: Curves on the road
Cons -
- Vacuum cleaning early in the morning in the room next doors woke me up.
- There was terrible dirt everywhere, a moldy bathroom where you could barely move, and the shower curtain was an absolute disaster. The breakfast wasn’t great either.
- The pillows were practically non existent and the bathroom was tiny. The price we paid in Oktoberfest weekend would not be acceptable on a normal day.If you want to see full review, check my YouTube channel: Curves on the road

Friendly and helpful staff and a nice play to stay. Breakfast was amazing.
The hotel is very unusual in it's decor. Looks like all of the decorating and maintenance is carried out by an enthusiastic amateur diy'er with more enthusiasm than skill. Having said that, the owners are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast is included and is good, and car parking is free and on-site.
Condition of the room and bathroom. Basic and poorly done. Lots of steps and no elevator, so ask for ground floor if you have mobility issues.
Location good to October Fest
The room was not the same that I reserve. They give us a twin room for 5 adults imagine the room……
The location. Had a business scheduled to hospital next door so rather convenient- just a 5 minute walk away.
Bed was awful - hard. Pillows thin, formless, did not support anything. I could tuck my coat under the head and get a better pillow.Squeaky floors all around. So if you're in for a good night's sleep prior to business meeting then you'll feel exhausted in the morning. If you have a neighbour arriving in the night then you'll be basically be listening to him wandering around for 20 minutes.
Pretty much everything in this hotel. The hotel is small but cosy; it looks old, but the whole ambience is classic.
Loved the breakfast and the staff was very nice and informative about the train and the local area. The room was beautiful and was cleaned every day. They had some parking for guest.
The shower drained slowly and the shower door was replaced with a curtain which got in the way a little and got the floor a little wet.
It is the second time I stay here. The place is quiet and the treatment is excellent. All the services worked well. The breakfast was quite good.
Subway station a bit far away
Close the road Parking free
Cleaning smelling and bugs in the room and shower see photos.. The room has been not ventilated and clean it for several days because of Spider-net and ants in bathroom.. * Asan lady that is down in the basement considered to be a dining room breakfast serving.. it's terrible us Gestapo function in fully force positioning you where to sit and what to eat and do not bringing replacement of the food timely pretending to cut your portion and dictating what you should eat what you should take it..There is not in my experience that somebody can tell me that I can take only two slices of cheese, one egg, one butter, one cup of tea, and one piece of fruit and one slice of bread and push pushing you to feeling uncomfortable I am 110 kg 52 years old and I eat I'm not on the diet and I don't have to be a part on their budget and cost saving dictatorship.. Stay away
Very friendly place where to stay, very good position if you come by car, free parking and near the metro to go to the city. The staff is very kind and helpful.
Was nice hotel for an overnight, close to the underground(6 min walk) which will get you to the city in 10/15mins. Walking distance to lovely river and munich zoo.
Very poor
There was wallpaper with palm trees on the walls. didn't go with everything else at all. The pillow was a centimetre high, you could say it didn't exist. The carpet in the room was very dirty in stains, it was scary to take off your shoes. But the shock was further - the shower cubicle was very dirty.
Location and price.
The toilet was not clean enough.
The breakfast was very good.. plenty to choose from, and owners were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, about 5min walk to the tube station and about 10 minutes on that to the city centre.I would stay here again .. no problem.
No Bacon with the eggs for breakfast.
There were 7 of us, 2 bedrooms. The building is pretty old. Bathrooms must be renovated, very small and uncomfortable. Pillows too soft, and in one of the 2 rooms was impossible to sleep as soon as the sun has risen due to sunlight. Breakfast abundant. Very low value for money. Staff were lovely tho.

Great location, great price (especially for Munich standards), good breakfast (included in price), very authentic atmosphere. In contrast to the many franchise hotels in Munich, this feels like a honest, down-to-earth hotel with great value and fair prices.
Bathrooms were tiny.
Location and price
The bed, too small single room.
