The staff were amazing and always happy to help. Our request for early check-in was accepted without any issues, and we were also able to leave our bags at the hotel after check-out, which was very convenient. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent—a lovely spread with almost everything one could wish for.

Breakfast was good. Waiter at dinner on Monday Sept 29 and Tuesday Sep 30 was excellent.

The deadbolt on the room door did not work. We were moved to another room and it did not work there either. We did not want the inconvenience of packing our bags and moving our stuff for a second time so we stayed in the second room.

Comfortable beds, great shower and A/C. Clean. Easy access to the tram.

The rooms were great and very clean. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. I enjoyed the muesli, cold meats, hot foods and wide selection of drinks. Kids also enjoyed the pancake machine.

My kids found the walk from the train station to the hotel to be quite long. I wish it was closer to a station. Laundry service is expensive, so we went to a local laundromat.

Away from busy city centre but only 10 mins away. Also close to several transport links. We got around easily and quickly and could come back to the quiet hotel area at the end of the day.

No complaints at all. Hotel was clean, decent sized and quiet, comfy room. Excellent breakfast and accommodating staff.

The hotel had a gloomy overall atmosphere, which was reflected in the tone of the reception area. It was the Christmas season and the reception staff came across as lacking warmth and hospitality. They had no sense of making their guests feel welcomed or assisted. No complimentary water (bottled or otherwise) was provided. Unlike other hotels we stayed in, there was no common water dispenser available for guests. While this may be acceptable to some, travellers may want to be aware of this in advance. The location may also require consideration. Although advertised as convenient, it is NOT within immediate walking distance of Marienplatz, and reaching public transport involves walking a fair distance to the nearest tram stop, not directly adjacent to the hotel. Gloomy hotel which was due to its gloomy reception staff.

All in all a wonderful experience. The room was clean, warm despite the weather conditions, cozy and welcoming..a Home away from Home.. Excellent floor planning and bedding. Delicious breakfast.

Everything was well taken care of. If we could change something this would be the length of our stay ?We d love to stay longer and experience the lovely breakfast and kind hospitality. Especially the ladies at the reception! Warm smiles and excellent professionals!

Great location - center city easily accessible on tram within 20 minutes door-to-door. Clean rooms, perfect for 1 - 2 night stay. Beds are comfortable as are the linens. The room ran hot from a central system, which one could not make adjustments to. However, we easily cracked the window to balance the temperature. Breakfast is OUTSTANDING, everything one could need. The highlight was the front desk - very helpful and patience, even came outside to help with the parking garage, which is very easy to access.

Comfortable beds and well appointed rooms. Clean and tidy. Fresh linen and we enjoyed the opportunity to make tea/coffee in our room. Walking distance to main train station, museums and main Plazas/ Christmas markets. Tram runs regularly from right outside the hotel to city centre.

Very close to the main train station and the main platz. Not a bad place for a budget hotel. Close to few restaurants and pubs

I didn't like the attitude of the employees at all. There is a desk employee named Kamal who didn't help us at all. I approached him at 9:00 PM to ask where there was a facility to fill a bottle of water or where there was a nearby store to buy water because they don't provide free drinking water to guests. It costs almost 3 euros for a very small bottle. So when I asked him where there was a nearby store, he replied, "I don't know. There is an open store in the center." I couldn't believe it , So I decided to walk and look for a nearby store myself, and it turns out that the store next door is a grocery store, and the counter employee lied to me that he didn't know and that all I had to do was buy water from the bar , Really disappointing, because I needed the water for my wife so she could take her medication.
