Very friendly staff members, spacious room, a bit old-fashioned but nevertheless comfortable.Breakfast of good quality, broad range of variety for a hotel of this size Location is also good, 5 min walking distance to the Sindelfinger Tor, good Italian restaurant around the corner.

Good size room, comfy beds. Good location for train station and access to old town and markets. Staff friendly and helpful.

Everything about our stay was great, other than the fact that there is construction in the hotel that we were not made aware of prior to our arrival. It seemed the construction was happening on the floor above us, if not two floors above, and the consistent sound of banging at 7:30 AM wasn't the relaxing and enjoyable stay we had imagined. In fact, it was incredibly frustrating. Also, a small note is that the TV remotes have a Netflix button. When we attempted to use the program, it said there was a connection error, as there was no internet. We later asked the reception about the issue, and they informed us that the TVs don't connect to the internet... It wasn't something that we had planned to use until we saw it on the remote, and then we were disappointed to finally find out it doesn't work.

Cozy room, comfortable bed, nice staff, convenient location, street parking is easy and affordable.

It was not a big issue for us - Room key was collected by the front desk whenever we went out.

Close to Hauptbahnhof. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean.

The staff were not always friendly and extremely helpful. the breakfast, price did not match the quality. It was too expensive.

Good location near everything, the area, though, wasn't that good

The room wasn't like in the picture (the picture was of one side of the room). Didn't have a fridge in the room. The staff weren't very helpful (our encounters were only with one)

The hotel was easy to find from the main train station and was a walkable distance to most of the old town attractions. Convenient eateries nearby, and underground stations also close. The staff were very friendly, beds were comfortable and the rooms were neat and clean. The bathroom appeared recently renovated and was lovely to use.

Initially the area seems a little unsafe but we had no issues and though there were lots of people on the streets, they all kept to themselves.

A little bit dated and there is a lot of construction work happening opposite. Didn’t impact us as quiet at night but looks like it will be going on for a year or two

The location was great for us. The staff was helpful and offered a great breakfast on site. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here at the end of the trip, and it was a beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I'd thought it through, I probably would have stayed closer to the airport. But I had enjoyed Munich and Marienplatz so much, I chose more close to that (we were too tired to walk, but I'm pretty sure you could). It was a bit of a ride to the airport in the morning, but again, if you want to be IN Munich, this is a nice location. Comfortable bed and very nice room features. It was a short stay, so I feel like I'm not doing this hotel justice. I would stay here again.

Close to central station

Website said it would have AC in rooms, but the AC part of it was “locked” so unable to have the AC on. Made sleeping unpleasant. L

There were building activities from 05.00 hrs onward. They woke me up.
