the breakfast was delicious. there was plenty of options like yogurt, cereal, eggs, meat, coffee, cheese and juice the location was good. the neighborhood was not particularly nice but i could easily get anywhere fast which was the point of booking here.

the hotel staff wasn’t always responsive. we stayed two nights and our room was not cleaned and our towels weren’t replaced until i asked.

The staff was very nice.

We did not get the room we booked - 1 king bed, 2 twins and a sofa. When we went into the room it was a double bed and a sofa bed. The front desk gave us another room with a double bed at no charge. The shower had mold.

The breakfast and staff were wonderful!

The neighborhood was sketchy and the room was really small and not representative of the pictures shown on the internet.

Breakfast is so limited, the pillows are HORRIBLE. The area at night is a little scary.

the location is perfect, although the street was full of night clubs and it was pretty noisy. the room was fine and the stuff was really nice and helpful

the smoking smell was pretty intense and it was noisy.

Rooms were ok, the bathroom had a good shower and the breakfast was fresh with plenty of options.

We wanted to store our luggage and it was 6 euro per bag. This was fine and we told the guy we had 3 bags/suitcases but also like a tiny paper bag with a souvenir in it. We wanted to attach it to the suitcase but he told us we needed to pay for it (6 euros). Then, when we came back to pick up the bags, we asked if we could quickly use the toilet. He said no, because there was a meeting going on. Not sure if that was real or he just didn't want us to use the bathroom.

Not suitable for families . A very disgusting atmosphere nearby . No space for Kinderwagen in elevator and reception is upstairs no place to sit on reception

Fact that they charged to store luggage. Spent a month traveling through Europe and this was the only hotel that changed for luggage storage. Won't be staying here again.

Large apartment with plenty of room for our family of 5. I really enjoyed the breakfast - nothing fancy but great fresh rolls with meat, cheese and salad. Yoghurt with a range of nuts, scrambled and boiled eggs. Juices, tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

The property location was about 15 minutes from the nicer areas of Munich. It is fine, we felt safe and close to the train station but it is a little way out.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Only like 4 minutes from central train station.

No AC as advertised, not in ANY of the rooms. Only heaters. Fridge was broken and shower would flood/overflow due to poor draining- staff didn’t fix despite telling front desk multiple times and them saying they’d “send someone” which they never did.

Unfortunately, this was the only positive aspect of the stay.Breakfast was extremely poorly managed. When I arrived around 9:20, almost all the food was gone. In the breakfast area, a staff member behaved in a very aggressive and disrespectful manner toward guests, shouting and using insulting language in front of everyone.When I waited to make coffee, not knowing the machine was no longer working, the same staff member started shouting at me instead of explaining the situation calmly. I was ordered to sit down, spoken to in an insulting way, and even threatened with calling the police. This behavior was shocking, humiliating, and completely unacceptable in a hospitality setting. The room was full of guests, yet no one dared to speak up.The next day, an apology was attempted, but the staff member blamed others and her workload. It did not feel sincere, and stress is not an excuse for mistreating guests.Additionally, the room was not clean, and the bathroom was in very poor condition, with visible black mold even on the shower hose, which is a serious hygiene concern.This stay caused me significant stress, and I was counting the days until it was over. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Just location , located in the center

The room had only two pillows, both very old and uncomfortable.Although breakfast was included, by around 9:00 AM most items were already gone and were not refilled. I stayed for two days and was unable to properly have breakfast either day. Even the coffee machine was out of milk and was not replenished during my stay.Parking was also very disappointing. We were told parking would be €16 per day with a discount, but we were charged €60 for two days instead. When we questioned this, we were told that no discounts are offered.Please don’t be misled ) by the lower price or the “breakfast included” label — the experience was misleading.

The beds were comfortable, clean sheets and towels

The cupboards weren't cleaned thoroughly. Crockery was not checked before check in as some items were missing
